Spectacular restaurant.

Best burger in Paraty. Only thing that surpasses it is the fish burger at Gastromar.

No need to say anything else honestly, I chose the cheddar one and it was extremely delicious. Tasty rustic chips and the size of the hamburger was perfect, I do wish they’d include more chips though.

Caipirinha maracujá with Absolut was great and refreshing. Super kind and fast service. Location is great, located in the historic center of Paraty quite near the beach. Outdoor seating was comfortable and pretty, indoor live music was present too.

Will surely come back....

Excelente surpresa que tivemos em Paraty. Ambiente: confortável, intimista e descolado. Possui várias pinturas em suas paredes do artista que dá nome ao estabelecimento, além de outros apetrechos que combinam com o local. Comida: pedimos o La Maldita e o La Cheddar. Ponto da carne espetacular! Eles não perguntam pelo ponto da carne; se gosta de sola de sapato, peça (não sei se fazem assim). Possuem opções vegetarianas que parecem ser boas, mas meu espírito ainda não está tão evoluído para tal. O gorgonzola do lanche não estava exagerado, e o pão artesanal faz a diferença. Bem montado, nada despenca quando você morde, e não demoraram para fazer (a casa não estava cheia). A batata frita que acompanha o lanche é rústica, com um tempero muito gostoso, e já acompanha o lanche em uma porção suficiente, considerando o tamanho do lanche; estava crocante e macia, do jeito que tem que ser, e não estava carregada de óleo. Bebida: pedimos um Jorge Amado, e que drink gostoso! A Gabriela usada no estabelecimento é de um produtor local (mais suave que as gabrielas comuns), o seu Raimundo. Gostamos muito, e não tive vontade de pedir em mais nenhum outro local para não estragar a bela surpresa. Preço: quase tudo em Paraty é absolutamente caro, mas aqui achamos o preço justo pelo que entregam, simples assim (média de R$30 reais em cada lanche e de R$20 a R$25 reais por drink - 09/21). Parabéns aos irmãos que idealizaram o local, é absolutamente imperdível comer ao menos um...

Sadly, this place really missed the mark. We ordered one burger that arrived Raw. The other burger was a black bean "burger". The bread was so tough, somehow soft but chewy, that we couldn't bite through it. The veggie burger collapsed upon the first bite. When we let the waiter know about the bread, his reply was that he told us to order the other one. Super rude response. If you're on vacation visiting I highly recommend one of the other burger stops. Feel free to pass...
