Avoid this rude and uncultured place, there are better places with Sushi at Baixada Santista!

At the encouragement of friends I went here again. Waiting 30 minutes before anyone takes our order is the norm here. Nobody presents rodizio types, they just automatically give you the most expensive one without asking (R$120, no drinks). Don't believe their disingenuous advertising on fb or insta. The staff probably work there as a punishment, including the manager. No respect for the customer at all. As far as the quality of the food is concerned, I can't complain about anything here, only the fact that the pieces are like for 3-year-old children, very small, even microscopic. I don't know who taught them the principles of customer service, but it was certainly someone who didn't have a clue. Everything is placed on the table at the same time, so there is often not enough space. They are in such a hurry, that they will stand on the top you (let's not forget about the mean looks of the waiters) with the next dish, just to get everything on the table at the same TIME! Once everything is put on the table, asking for more (according to the definition of rodizio) becomes an impossible thing. The waiter looks at the guests with a rude and pretentious expression on his face and a similar tone of voice. Additional sushi is brought in 30 minutes late (occupancy that day did not even reach 50% of the restaurant). Of course, you have to ask for this multiple times, as often the waiter will 'forget' to inform the sushi master about the order. Not to mention that orders are mixed and we often don't get what we ordered.

If you even want to try to eat here, never order anything other than Rodizio, as you will overpay and still be hungry (the pieces are microscopic, in separate sets even smaller).

The lack of personal culture, ignorance and bad behaviour of the staff is a trademark of this place.

We enter, woman brings us to the table and 20min nothing. No one bother to give us even a menu. After that some waiter come, give us 1 menu for 2 people sitting opposite. And try to force us to what to chose. He stay at top of my head and look at me to go faster. Strange behaviour. After 4min he give up. And disappear for next 15min. Drink price are crazy, 10/11 R$ per can (every other restaurant in area 8 R$ max). Orange juice without taste, sorry taste of water (I guess they put more orange for decoration than in my juice).

So we go Shimeji as STARTER, Combinado Super Especial and for desert Caramelized Banana & Tempura Fried Ice Cream.

Food arrive quite fast around 20/25min. BUT. They start with sushi, STARTER were lost somewhere, after asking where is it? They say it was coming right now for 20min. In last moment they bring it before I was going to cancel it. Sushi was tasting good, that why 2* not 1*, BUT we got different thing that we order, only 50% of things match with menu. They don't know what are nigiri, they call it sushi . Rice on nigiri were way too sweet. Fish was quite good, only white fish was 30% frozen still. And sushi size was hmm let's call it little, far a way from normal size. Just scam size. Shimeji, I never eat sweet mushrooms in my life. I was trying to balance the taste with Soy Sauce, but it was not working.

Deserts. Banana was quite good and portion was big. But Tempura Fried Ice Cream was one big misunderstanding, terrible experience.

Restaurant was full at 75%, but service were terrible. I was constantly ignored by waiter from our area.

Place look good, taste of sushi is ok, but rest is far away from 3*.

For the price of 250 R$ for 2 people you can easily find way better sushi places around,...

Primeiro gostaria de parabenizar a equipe de atendimento, atenciosos e prestativos. E acredito que apenas isto é o que tinha de bom na casa. Por que foi uma experiência decepcionante em relação a qualidade e apresentação dos pratos servidos.

Fui com a minha esposa comer um festival japonês no Kajiki, fomos bem recepcionados, conseguimos escolher uma mesa que nos agradava, o atendente tirou os pedidos iniciais. Mas quando começou a chegar os pratos quentes, era uma decepção atrás da outra, isso em relação a apresentação, qualidade e tamanho das porções servidas. Exemplos: Rolinho primavera era minúsculo e estranho, nunca vi um rolinho primavera igual aquilo. Bolinho de salmão encharcado e com gosto de óleo velho. Camarão empanado com catupiry também estava encharcado e com gosto de óleo, além da qualidade duvidosa do catupiry. Lula e camarão da manteiga vinham juntos, e parecia um picadinho, não vi um anel de lula inteiro. Shushis, niguiris e pratos afins que tinham arroz... Arroz cru, duro. Sashimis só deu pra encarar o de polvo e peixe branco. Atum com coloração desbotada e gosto azedo. Salmão também desbotado e com espinha. Sashimi de salmão na pedra de sal, até que é saboroso, mas apresentação é terrível, os cortes quase transparentes e pareciam que foram feitos com uma faca de serra. Robata muito saborosa, porém muito pequena, mesmo pedindo pra mandar mais só entregavam um prato com dois palitos de dentes com duas rodelas de robata em cada um.

Ambiente aconchegante e bacana.

Mas meu erro foi pedir para ir ao banheiro, no final. Banheiros tanto masculino e feminino estavam sujos. Além de um fedor como se fosse caixa de gordura estourada.

Estou relatando estes pontos, para que se atentem e melhorem se possível. Pois saímos daí sem vontade alguma de um dia retornar para outra refeição. O que vai segurar e fazer cliente é qualidade e...

Estivemos nesse local na terça feira , dia 7 de maio a fim de comemorar meu aniversário. Na tarde do mesmo dia, meu filho enviou um direct no Intagram, solicitando informações sobre horários e valores. Ao chegarmos no local, observamos que a mensagem sobre valores enviada , levava o cliente "ao erro" , não sendo discriminado COM CLAREZA os valores em relação aos horários de atendimento. Mesmo assim, decidimos permanecer. Durante o jantar um funcionário chegou em nossa mesa querendo saber se estávamos sendo bem atendidos. Decidimos, então, relatar o fato, o interessante, foi que, o mesmo concordou que a equipe de marketing não estava emitindo uma propaganda CLARA e OBJETIVA. Mas, disse que era tão somente, um garcon, que o Gerente estava de folga e iria passar o caso p o sub gerente. Minutos depois voltou dizendo que o "sub" mandou avisar que nada poderia fazer (conclui eu , que o "sub " não está nem aí em satisfazer os clientes, e, ainda, utiliza o Garçom como "mensageiro") . Observarmos que nossa insatisfação quanto às mensagens enviadas são recorrentes, porque na mesa ao lado.a reclamação da cliente era a mesma, mas no caso dela o "sub" apresentou-se. Enfim, mesmo a comida sendo muito boa , alerto às pessoas que fiquem atentas aos VALORES ANUNCIADOS. Como aniversariante, até DISPENSEI a tal" cortesia" que dizem oferecer , porque em determinado momento o garçon associou essa "cortesia" ao nosso descontentamento, e não seria a "oferta" de uma sobremesa que tiraria a péssima impressão que tive quanto ao interesse do "sub" em atender a solicitação de clientes. Tive a infelicidade de escolher esse restaurante para jantar ontem. O ambiente é muito bonito e as fotos apresentadas nas redes sociais pareciam atraentes. No entanto o serviço foi ruim do início ao fim, ao solicitarmos o festival tradicional conforme anunciado no Insta do restaurante, fomos informados que no jantar somente o premium estava disponível. A diferença entre eles são 4 pratos a mais, que são de camarão e polvo, dos 4 pratos 3 não estavam disponíveis. O prato abaixo é o combinado que a casa serve, as apresentações são pífias e muito diferentes do anunciado, conforme demonstra as fotos. O sashimi não é fresco, o ceviche estava com gosto de estragado, impossível comer. No primeiro pedido pedi ao garçom 2 porções de sunomono, as recebi 2 horas depois e depois de questionar 4 vezes. O carpaccio acompanha molho industrializado. Apesar de ter funcionários simpáticos, o serviço é muito bagunçado, você vai receber metade do que pediu, e depois de pedir umas 3 vezes. Ainda assim, acredito que o problema está na cozinha, que não comporta a demanda de uma casa cheia e usa produtos de qualidade questionáveis. Uma pena de fato pois restaurante nenhum sobrevive a clientes de uma noite só, a casa é bonita mas não tem qualquer diferencial pra virar uma opção, o preço está igual aos demais da região que oferecem um serviço infinitamente melhor.

A comida estava razoavelmente boa. Peixe branco com gosto ruim e Shimeji muito cozido, parecia qse um purê. Mas de resto o sabor estava bom. Não achei a apresentação dos pratos boa. Tudo bem básico. Fiquei decepcionada, pois fui comemorar meu aniversário lá com minha família e amigos, levei 7 pessoas. Não me deram felicitações, não me homenagearam em nenhum prato. Nenhuma sobremesa diferente e muito menos desconto algum. Em todos restaurantes que fui e falava que era meu aniversário, sempre faziam alguma surpresa. Cantavam parabéns. No Nayumi até meu nome escreveram com tarê. Mas aqui Foi uma noite qualquer. Sentamos na parte da frente que parece um aquário. Não havia música ambiente como na outra parte. Enfim. O que era para ser um jantar especial, foi uma noite qualquer. Único prato enfeitado é o dessa foto com 9 peças de sashimis. Sendo 3/4 peixe branco com gosto ruim. Nem tive vontade de tirar fotos. Não valeu a pena a experiência. Primeira vez que fui e não sei se voltarei. Obs. Estou escrevendo para outros clientes, pois para o restaurante Ja até sei o que vão responder... Vão pedir desculpas, que não trabalham assim e blá blá blá. Mas a conta já foi paga, e bem paga, gastamos mais de 1.000 reais e meu dia de comemoração não volta. Triste.

Ainda assim, acredito que o problema está na cozinha, que não comporta a demanda de uma casa cheia e usa produtos de qualidade questionáveis. Uma pena de fato pois restaurante nenhum sobrevive a clientes de uma noite só, a casa é bonita mas não tem qualquer diferencial pra virar uma opção, o preço está igual aos demais da região que oferecem um serviço infinitamente melhor.

A comida estava razoavelmente boa. Peixe branco com gosto ruim e Shimeji muito cozido, parecia qse um purê. Mas de resto o sabor estava bom. Não achei a apresentação dos pratos boa. Tudo bem básico. Fiquei decepcionada, pois fui comemorar meu aniversário lá com minha família e amigos, levei 7 pessoas. Não me deram felicitações, não me homenagearam em nenhum prato. Nenhuma sobremesa diferente e muito menos desconto algum. Em todos restaurantes que fui e falava que era meu aniversário, sempre faziam alguma surpresa. Cantavam parabéns. No Nayumi até meu nome escreveram com tarê. Mas aqui Foi uma noite qualquer. Sentamos na parte da frente que parece um aquário. Não havia música ambiente como na outra parte. Enfim. O que era para ser um jantar especial, foi uma noite qualquer. Único prato enfeitado é o dessa foto com 9 peças de sashimis. Sendo 3/4 peixe branco com gosto ruim. Nem tive vontade de tirar fotos. Não valeu a pena a experiência. Primeira vez que fui e não sei se voltarei. Obs. Estou escrevendo para outros clientes, pois para o restaurante Ja até sei o que vão responder... Vão pedir desculpas, que não trabalham assim e blá blá blá. Mas a conta já foi paga, e bem paga, gastamos mais de 1.000 reais e meu dia de comemoração não volta. Triste.
