And on a sunny Sunday I decided to stop by to get something to drink. While having my juice, believe it or not my friend and I noticed cockroaches all around the place. We were so shocked to see insects that we called the waitress to complain. She carelessly mentioned that the owners were aware of that, but haven’t taken any action about that. It’s important to mention that we’re talking about a supposedly nice bakery located in nice area, near Paulista ave. This is basically a 24hr diner, bakery, cafe, and small grocery store rolled into one. It is very clean and stylish inside and has all sorts of tasty treats to consume there or take with you. I would have given it 5 stars but two of the waitresses I interacted with seemed to be in horrible moods and made it clear to me that my non-native Portugues was something they didn't want to deal with. Moro no bairro a mais de 30 anos, eu ia na pão de ló desde quando era na al campinas e eu era criança… Faz um tempão que não vou lá… Me decepcionei muito… Atendimento PÉSSIMO… eu quase pedi desculpas para as meninas do balcão de atendimento pq parecia que eu estava atrapalhando elas e pedindo um absurdo, e eu só pedi oq estava no cardápio, sem nenhum pedido especial… mas parece que eu estava ofendendo ela… Tinha um lanche que eu perguntei se podia trocar um ingrediente por outro, antes de eu terminar a pergunta ela falou NÃO (era trocar pepino por picles).. Me arrependi de ter perguntado, pareceu que eu estava xingando ela…

Então pedi um lanche que estava no cardápio, sem tirar e nem por nada.. Demorou muito tempo e a padaria estava completamente vazia, só tinha as meninas que estavam no balcão e acho q estavam trocando o horário, lá dentro eles brincavam e riam uns com os outros, mas quando era para falar com a gente, era uma arrogância.. Resumindo, o lanche veio errado, faltando ingredientes.. não tive nem coragem de reclamar…..
