Good concept of sertaõ Good view to the city and ocean Yesterday was good music from DJ Good place with very big potential but they definitely need to improve the process of guests receiving and general service

Didn’t like

1. to enter they put paper bracelet with QR-code to your hand
2. the entrance costed 15 reals per person and it was communicated in not polite way ( they said it because it will be private party parallel happening this evening🤷) and DJ
3. again, before we could enter, one more woman checked or QR codes, asked the names, phone numbers…and what if we don’t want to share? It’s personal information, and company should have software to threat this data, is it the case? Not sure
4. these women were not polite to us
5. the list of the cocktails is not enough, no English version, some drink has info about calories but others - no, no photo of the dish, so could not understand what you will get
6. one guy presented himself as our waiter but never appeared again, we were asking other people for our drinks and food
7. we ordered bolinhos da casa as we assumed should be the best snack. Waiter said they it will be 8 bolinhos, it came only 6. So, first the same waiter who got the order from us, tried to put this food to another table, when they declined, he put to another table, only after it he brought it to us…. So he was the person to get our order and he forgot. Even the place were not crowd this evening, only few tables
8. For the quantity of this amount of the guests, there were too much employees and they were mostly taking to each other 🙃 that’s strange because was not easy to grab someone’s attention to make an order ( they didn’t have button on the table as well)
9. many times ( more than 3) for our short stay I saw people doing some cleaning of the “floor”, that’s I supposed was not needed as it was clean, and it’s not pleasant if you’re eating and someone is around with the cleaning equipment
10. the toilet is not pleasant
11. it was line for the exit and pay, for this 1st woman checked QR codes, then she didn’t have cash to give the change. After we finish with her, we need to go to another woman and security guy to be checked by QR codes if we payed and if we could be released from this FBI place. I felt no comfortable to have all these “prison” procedures, even the prices are quite high for the city, you need to go through this kind of not...

Olá! Lembrei agora que não tinha enviado meu feedback. Fui com mais duas amigas ao restaurante no dia 01/04 para um almoço e várias coisas desagradáveis aconteceram na nossa experiência. Antes de relatar os fatos vou pontuar que a a fama do restaurante no quesito serviço já não é boa, mas pela questão da vista e estética do lugar, tive vontade de ainda assim conhecer, além de que minhas duas amigas eram turistas então, achei que o lugar o seria uma boa pedida, puro engano meu! Já no início já teve demora no atendimento, ninguém veio para nos falar do cardápio e ainda depois de escolhemos os pratos pelo menu do site houve demora para tirar nossos pedidos, chamamos uma garçonete que aparentemente estava a disposição (parada olhando o salão), ela não veio muito feliz e já informou que aquela mesa não era parte da sua área, ainda assim anotou nosso pedidos e repassou para o garçom da nossa área. Passado a escolha dos pratos, minha amiga vegetariana pediu só um macarrão com queijo, eu pedi a carne de sol na nata e a outra a moqueca, o meu pedido e da amiga vegetariana chegou em um tempo normal, a comida estava ok (a carne de sol na nata parecia um estrogonofe, mas estava bom), contudo o pedido da moqueca demorou MUITO a chegar, a garçonete que primeiramente nos atendeu até questionou o outro garçom e nos também o questionarmos e a resposta dele foi “tá vindo” sem ao menos um pedido de desculpa ou explicação, acabamos de comer e minutos após o prato finalmente chegou, mas para a infelicidade da minha amiga estava frio, pedimos para esquentar, mas mesmo assim voltou frio, fora que a essa altura ela já estava comendo só, como ela era turista, nunca nem tinha provado moqueca, primeira experiência e foi horrível. Naquele momento ainda tentei animar as meninas, dizendo para comer cartola e outras coisas típicas do estado, mas mais um vez o tratamento do garçom foi totalmente alheio, como se não estivéssemos lá ou como se estivesse pedindo favor! Outro ponto interessante é que esse garçom e vários outros estavam focados em uma mesa com pessoas do TCE ( todos com crachás de evento), era claro que na cabeça deles se tratava de pessoas “mais importantes”, após tentar diversas vezes ser atendidas, o garçom veio e pedimos a conta, eu vi a máquina de cartão no bolso dele e não sabia que poderia pagar lá fora, fiz sinal chamando para pagar algumas vezes, mas nada aconteceu, até que cansada de esperar levantei e fui pagar, relatei a chateação para ele, expliquei a situação com a prato da minha amiga e sobre o descaso dele, ele só fez “aham” e passou meu cartão, zero cuidado com o cliente. Não chamei o gerente para falar sobre isso, pois sei que quando trabalhamos queremos manter o emprego, imaginei que ele escutando o feedback poderia ao menos pedir desculpa, dizer algo ou que fizesse algo para melhorar seu desempenho no trabalho. Bem, saímos de lá e continuamos a beber/comer no Seu Boteco. Acho que o restaurante tem várias coisas boas, mas como disse no começo,todo mundo de Recife fala do péssimo...

This place is really beautiful and has lots of potential but it's lacking everywhere. The location is incredible: downtown and has amazing views, but it's dead inside and doesn't have anything to brag about. It's an expensive place, costing $40 reais per person to sit outside and enjoy the band. Inside it has nice ambiance but it's really lacking in quality and service. The food is expensive and very disappointing. Nothing special, no flavour. Very average and it's such a shame because food in recife is so good. They need some more traditional items on their menu, they are trying too hard to impress. Overall, if they change their menu and make it more fun and welcoming, we would come back. But as of right now, it's not a place to visit again. We ordered the carpaccio and empadana doce com queijo and it was dry and boring. Drinks were expensive...
