I am absolutely furious after the disgraceful treatment I received at this hotel. As a young entrepreneur and content creator, I frequently book locations for photoshoots to promote my outfit shop. I booked a junior suite for 253,770 for 5 hours to do a photoshoot, which is already an expensive investment. Barely 20 minutes after arriving, I was confronted by Mme Kadji (the owner, I was told), who demanded that I leave the hotel immediately. She had the audacity to question where I got my money from and whether my mother knew I was there. I’m in my mid-twenties! This was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful.
The situation got worse when she ordered the reception to give me a refund and sent a security guard to escort me to my suite to grab my belongings. I was absolutely mortified. I went to the reception expecting a full refund, but they told me I would only get 50% back because Mme Kadji instructed them to do so. I demanded to speak to the manager, but he refused to even show his face. How can a hotel treat paying guests like this? Completely unacceptable!
Later, a white man with no beard suggested I take a portion of the refund out of his own pocket, but I refused because I deserve the full amount I paid for the service I never even received. This is a blatant abuse of power! It’s shameful to see this kind of treatment in own country, especially as a young entrepreneur trying to grow. If I were a white person wearing the same outfit, would I have been kicked out like this? I seriously doubt it. I feel so disrespected and belittled by the way I was treated.
No one from the hotel has even reached out to apologize or try to make this right. It’s sad to see such entitlement and blatant disrespect from people who think their money gives them the right to mistreat others. I want my full refund, and I will never set foot in this place again. I will be telling everyone I know about this horrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs. If paying Guests are treated like this what about...

Read moreDisappointing Stay — Great Location, Poor Service
I recently spent almost a week at K Hotel with my girlfriend, and while the hotel itself is visually appealing and well-maintained, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor customer service.
From check-in to check-out, the staff came across as cold, unaccommodating, and unnecessarily rigid. One of the most frustrating moments was when we tried to take a simple photo by the pool at night. I was immediately told to turn off my flashlight, which made no sense considering the setting. Throughout our stay, we weren’t allowed to take a single picture — not even casually around the premises — which felt completely out of touch with today’s hospitality standards.
It was not only frustrating but also embarrassing, especially as I was there with my partner and had hoped to capture a few memories together. Instead, we were met with restrictions that made us feel more like a nuisance than valued guests.
It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself has great potential, but that potential is quickly overshadowed by poor service and a lack of basic hospitality. I hope the management makes serious improvements in staff training and guest relations...
