It was also then that I learned he was a bouncer—not only for the typical reasons of keeping everyone safe but because he truly cares about people and wants to create a welcoming environment for everyone at Jake’s. Adam brings a personal touch to everything he does, from greeting customers to making sure everyone has a good time.

My family and I have been going here every Saturday night, for dinner and karaoke for quite a while now. I have seen some very tasteless reviews about this establishment and I can honestly say that I find these reviews quite shocking. The ladies that tend bar and serve the food to tables are simply amazing. They are happy and polite. The restaurant itself....is clean with no odors and the tables are always wiped clean and sanitary. The food is delicious, with large portions and great price points. The deep fried appetizers are tasty and do not taste of old oil, fish or onion rings. The washrooms have had issues but this is not the fault of the establishment but rather the disgusting individuals that choose to live like pigs. In a world where not many choose to work, it leaves these places severely understaffed and taking care of the front of the house. The washrooms get taken care of at the end of the night but are stocked with toilet paper and hand towels. Don't listen to the negatives. DO...stop by and check it out...

We didn’t want fast food, instead wanted a sit down meal. We saw Jakes Pub &Grill as we drove into town. The man who served us was very friendly. My BF felt the beer wasn’t cold e ouch, but I was happy with the temperature of my beer, and I’m writing the review. 🤪 I ordered a taco pizza. Wow! That was very good! Lots of toppings, and very tasty! My BF ordered deep fried pickles and a clubhouse. The fries were amazing, the deep fried pickles had a really nice flavour! I was very happy and this dinner left a good impression on me, and I’ll return to 100 Mile...
