Rarely give 5 stars, but this unpretentious fish and chips shop blew us away with the food and service. If you are seeking ambiance, look elsewhere. This is a small town gem the shines with service and the quality of the food on the limited menu. Fish is well prepared, the potatoes for the fries are locally sourced in season and perfectly cooked, and the creamy coleslaw is made in house. The fellow looking after us could not have been more pleasant and helpful. This establishment's food would compare favourably to ANY coastal restaurant.

We went to P Bass Fish and Chips twice in the span of one week. Once on our trip up to Northern BC and then, because it was so good, again on our trip back. Monica and Lee do a great job running this establishment, and their caring and commitment certainly show. The fish, the fries, the coleslaw and the fish tacos were all amazing, and our server Judy couldn’t have been sweeter or more efficient. We have already told lots of people about this place, and it will definitely be a destination whenever we pass through 100 Mile House.

Perhaps the best Fish N Chips in the North Country of BC, Halibut, was flaky done just right, batter was crisp yet outstanding. Cod was the same. Coleslaw was creamy, fresh and crunchy. Attentive customer service throughout our visit, food menu presentation very unique and concise. This place is just a gem never to be forgotten, hats off to ownership with a 6 out of 5 stars

What a fantastic gem! Best fish and chips I've had in years, and a small town in the Interior is not where I would have expected it! Definitely a must-visit if you're passing through; I've been staying here for a week and am kicking myself for waiting until my final night to give it a try.

Had the halibut dinner; fish was not overcooked, not oily, perfectly crispy batter without too much. Fries were well cooked, and the portions were very reasonable; just enough to enjoy and not too much to make it an overwhelming mountain of starch. Coleslaw was on point too. I had a few bottles beers in clear bottles; the those can go off quick, but these were fresh and a sign that they don't let things get stagnant.

Can't say enough good things about this place, definitely my new go-to when...

Not only is the Fish and Chips good but you have got to try the Bourbon Burger if burgers are your go too meal . I'm not usually a burger person but I do agree with my hubby that their Bourbon burger is a hit . Delicious ! We have been a few times now and have have good food every time . Even the takeout was great and packaged , so that it was still warm and were a half hour out of town ! We have tried a few different things on the menu now and look forward to trying more . Don't let the look outside fool you . You can't tell a book by it's cover . Good food , great and friendly service , clean...

Just moved to Canada from Ireland in 2019 and since then my heart has yearned for legitimate traditional fish and chips like you can get back home or in the UK. And I finally found it, this place serves the best Fish and Chips I have ever tasted. Even better than back home. Cooked to perfection with great quality ingredients. Tartar sauce and coleslaw are also top top notch. And to top it all off, the owner and server is probably the nicest person I have met in my entire life 🤣 no exaggeration hes a great dude and so helpful and attentive. If you are passing through 100 Mile this place is a...
