Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Abbotsford

Ordered pizza last night on the app, after an hour we checked the app and our order said complete but our pizza still wasn't delivered, I called to check if the driver had left or if he was lost. A very rude man answered the phone , when I explained the situation he started arguing with me that the pizza was already delivered, I reassured him it wasn't because I had no pizza. He left to talk to the driver, a woman came on the phone and again told me it was delivered, I again told her no it wasn't. I then could hear her talking to someone and she tells me her driver said he delivered it to the first house in the complex which is not my house, I told her that's the wrong house and would like a refund they refused to give my money back and said the best they could do was start my order over again or credit my account with some free pizza for next time. I decided to just wait for more pizza , we asked for a text when it was delivered and got nothing, by 8:30 I checked to see if it was delivered and my pizza was sitting in the pouring rain, no text or knock on the door to let us know it was delivered. Ordered at 6:30 didn't get my food until 8:30, horrible service and I will not be ordering...

What a dreadful experience. I tried to give zero stars, and that's saying something coming from an unrefined palate like mine. I've never given a failing grade before (especially pizza), but you know what happens when the first Domino falls... Next thing you know they've all toppled entirely. It seems many business operators are concerned exclusively with raking in the cash rather than treat customers like human beings, and the second these employers have decided they won't be making any more money off you, in the words of the Dominos Manager at the time" "I don't care about you"....

We ordered a Brooklyn style pepperoni pizza and it was HORRIBLE, it literally tasted like it was gone bad meat and the entire pizza was cold. I called them to let them know I’d like a new pizza and the gentleman(the Asian guy sorry don't know his name)said to me: “what’s wrong with that? That’s how it’s suppose to taste”.... no sir it’s not suppose to taste like it’s gone bad meat(and I've been going there for a year now so I know it's not suppose to taste like that). In the end he did get me a new regular pepperoni pizza which was better but still off. Cheesy bread was...
