At 820pm I ordered the family combo with butter chicken and chicken pakora (an appetizer) as the chosen regular dishes, two items you would think they have constantly but the wait time given was 45 minutes, understandable except when I arrived there was a 10+ person lineup outside the door that we also had to wait in to pickup our food... There was no organization, nobody was letting us know who's food was done first, it was a basic first come first serve so we waited an addition 20 minutes in line. When my boyfriend entered the store to ask a simple question, there was nobody at the till to ask and before an employee could come answer him, a customer opened the door and started harassing him thinking he was cutting the line. Average pricing for Indian food, this was my first time here, I love supporting small businesses but I would not order from them again nor recommend them to anyone. The food itself was warm but not hot and the chicken pakora was a little soggy. It came with no cutlery so when we got to where we were going, took everything out, fully set up to eat we couldn't even eat and had to pack it all back up and take it home. I'm giving two stars because it was a good amount of food for two people! Also had 4 gulab jamun, not sure if that meant it was for 4 people as my boyfriend picked it up alone while I waited...

The bag ripped from the bottom as I grabbed the handle and all the curries spilled all over my driveway, shoes and clothes! It leaked through the bottom and even stained my car seat because they didn't close the curries properly. I called them explaining and they said that my order will be ready again in 30 minutes. I had to drive back, explaining, showing them the photos and giving them the bag. After waiting for another +25 minutes, they gave me the food again that I paid for but there was no reimbursement for the extra drive, and all the cleaning up I had to do due to their bad packaging and their bag ripping. Then the guy told me that I AM holding the bag wrongly and that it would rip like that because this time I decided to hold it from the bottom instead, where it had ripped before BUT I WAS HOLDING THE HANDLE OF BAG when it ripped before because THEY didn't pack it properly and it leaked, leading the bag to rip from the bottom! Not because of the way I was holding it. The audacity to blame me for their packaging mistake is insane. Extremely disappointing, this place has been my family's go to place but not anymore. I'm just glad that it ripped out of the car and not inside! Now my driveway, shoes and clothes all smell like curry even after cleaning/washing and my car seat has...

I am beyond livid about my recent visit to this restaurant. Not only they didn't to send all the food I ordered, but their customer service was downright atrocious.

I tried to bring up the issue with the staff, but they were completely unresponsive and dismissive. They showed no interest in helping me resolve the problem, and their lack of care only made me more furious.

I cannot believe that a restaurant could have such a blatant disregard for their customers. This was supposed to be a pleasant dining experience, but instead, it turned into a nightmare.
