I often go this subway restaurant in weekdays, Generally, I receive a good service and Never had any issues. But today I went there with two of my friends we were going to have lunch. We waited in Line Up for 22 minutes from 1:13 PM till 1:35 PM. The person ahead of me she asked the server how many people on site working today and server said she’s by herself. I understand that if she’s working by herself, the service could be slow. But it was my turn, and there was no one behind me, She received one online Order approximately 10 minutes after I was in line already. When it’s my turn, she started to prepare that online order while I was on site waiting in queue for my turn.
When I mentioned, I’m getting late for my meeting and it’s my turn. The server’s answer was no I have to prepare the Online order first!!!!!!
When I asked why? Her answer was, “ Or else they will put Google reviews.”
I was very disappointed for 3 reasons :
Why there was only one person by herself in lunch hour ? Why there is no value of 3 of us friends time, While we were waiting in queue since last 22 minutes ? Isn’t this Subway restaurant supposed to be first come first serve ?

I even went in as a celiac and was tomd by both employees different things and THEY started arguing with eachother saying every location allows this and we have to follow it etc... and the other girl kept saying no I don't want to, its stupid, I'm tired no, tell her it's unsafe or something, I want to go to the bathroom and on break.
