I wasn't very impressed with the service I received or with the service I seen others receive. For example when I arrived I was the only person at the cashier other then an elderly man who had to come inside after ordering from drive throu to pick up his black coffee!!! I would imagine the man had to have been waiting some time for him to get out of his vehicle and come into the store for his coffee. Then for my own order I stood at the till waiting for my order to be taken , even though there was workers right in front of me but when I came to the till she turned her back to me and started filling out some sort of paper work even after her co worker asked her to watch the till she just kept doing her paperwork. Then a nice young lady came to take my order and all that I ordered was a muffin, 2 apple pies, and a small coffee with espresso that's it they didn't have to cook anything it was all already good to go except the coffee and that only takes seconds to whip up literally. I ended up standing there for like 15 minutes on top of that they brought me an ice coffee when that wasn't what I ordered I ordered a french vanilla cappuccino with a shot of espresso then she tried to argue with me that I said iced coffee I said no, that's not what I ordered then she went to remake the coffee but now I'm worried to drink it (not that I was rude or disrespectful in any way shape or form in fact I was very pleasant to her even after she got my drink wrong)cuz I don't know if she did something to my coffee! Anyway I just am very surprised at this McDonald's workers it's like they all moved in extra slow motion. I have worked in fast food restaurants and it was of the utmost importance to move fast fast fast, It was expected to have orders out the door in certain time frames making sure the order was made properly and matched what the customer has ordered and last but certainly far from least is making the order with the utmost quality and getting the order right these were like some of the biggest priorities for fast food so for them to be be standing around chit chatting moving in slow motion was irritating but I will say this they're dinning area was kept very clean so I will give them that!! Read morePlaced an order on uber eats, recieved it absolutely cold but that wasn't the issue. The Issue was it was missing the mc chicken sauce and sweet and sour sauce that my autistic daughter needs with her 6 piece nuggets and large fries. This caused her not to eat, as her eating habits are already extremely restricted and I had spent well over $60 dollars on this meal. The manager I believe by the name of valdeep? It would of been whoever was running shift at 7pm on Friday night answering the phone, the assistant manager was also present. I had mentioned that as someone who has worked with mcdonalds for several years and was a gm for 3 years I would try to deal with it in store so it doesn't affect their uber score or profitability. She was rude, asked for my name and continued to ask where I worked and demanded further information. She was only willing to replace just the sauces which usually when you've ruined someone's dinner with accuracy issues you take it one step further to make it right and follow the steps of LAST a model used heavily in McDonalds. When I had asked if it would be possible to have my daughter's meal replaced She refused and kept only asking where I worked absolutely personal information I DO NOT have to provide. My boyfriend placed a mobile order, sent me the screen shot of the order # which has been done multiple times and has never been a problem, I went to go pick up our order and got the run around from the Indian girl named Komal working the window and claiming she was the manager on shift tonight, I gave her the first 4 digits of the order number and she told me several times she could not find my order. I showed her the screen shot and order number and she refused to give me my food. Told me I was at the wrong location. I offered her to look at the order number and she declined both times. I ended up having to circle around the building about 5x trying to get my food. Each time I drove around she continuously told me she could not see my order or retrieve the info for it, which therefore couldn’t give me my food. On the 5th time around I asked her type in the FULL order number, she did, and well… there it was. She turned around and started filling the soda cup, I asked her if she was going to apologize, she looked at me, handed me the pop and said while giggling “why? You’re getting your food right?”. HORRIBLE and RUDE service. Common sense would’ve been to ASK for the full order number, but apparently common sense doesn’t run high these days. 30mins of being given the run around by incompetent and rude staff… good job guys on hiring...
