I went to pizza24 on December 17th 2020 at apoximately 9:30 pm. I was very dismayed to see Health Canada's Covid19 protocols to protect not only themselves or their customers safe. One of the pizza cooks was not wearing a mask nor was the delivery guy who came in through the back entrance of the kitchen. There were 3 pizza cooks working and only two were wearing masks. I witnessed all three of them turn on the tap of the sink with one hand and rinse that same hand under water for a total of 3 seconds then turn the tap off with that same hand . Not one of them used soap to wash with or even dried their hand. The delivery guy who entered into the back of the kitchen did not wash his hands before commencing to prepare food. One of the cook's hands was covered in dried pizza sauce and was filthy dirty. I did not witness him even rince his hands. There was a splatter screen up with a sign attached to it that masks were mandatory. There was another sign posted stating only 3 customers were allowed in the 20 × 6 foot space at any given time however when I arrived there there were 2 other people in the area but as I awaited my order 4 other people entered without enough space for proper physical distancing. This place is equally known as a laxative store as it is a pizza shop; they specialize in G.I viruses. I, amongst others that have been long time customers of this place, have all been violently ill recently following a visit to this place. There is zero food safety here, lack of hand hygiene, and I wouldn't be surprised if they're using expired veggies/meats.
When Rinku (the owner), is working, the customer service is actually quite good. When he's not in, his employees do not know how to answer the phone, they do not how to interact with customers; I had an employee (who seemed new) stare me down with no expression on his face as he's packing and handing me my pizza and he would not stop starring afterwards either.

Read moreHad a horrible experience with this location last night, they sent us the incorrect pizza TWICE. it took my husband almost 15 minutes to try to explain to the worker on the phone that we did not want tomatoes on our (chicken bacon ranch) and that instead we wanted capicolla, they had informed us they were out of plain chicken so we asked to substitute the chicken for peporoni instead and asked to add extra FETA cheese on the pizza pretty simple?...apparently not since the first pizza we got had tomatoes on it and absolutely NO extra feta or feta cheese at all on the pizza. Second time they took off the tomatoes, added our capicolla and just put extra mozzarella cheese and still absolutely no FETA. Needless to say both pizzas went to waste since by the time I got the second pizza and seen it was still incorrect i had lost my appetite. Kicker is I tipped the delivery driver 10$ on a 30$ order and they couldn't even get it right TWICE. Won't be ordering from this...
