I'm absolutely shocked, disgusted and appalled with the treatment that I just recieved from a tall skinny Caucasian male standing in line(have no clue if he was a supervisor or manager or customer as he didn't have any identifying clothing or tags on!) 𤬠I walked into the store to get my birthday drink, that was not able to be ordered on the app (typical) with my dog that I've taken inside to grab drinks and or food numerous times, and this guy tells me that dogs aren't allowed into the cafe (it is NOT a cafe, itās a coffee joint, with snacks that are wrapped in plastic, and kept in the fridges, or in plastic bins and in a sealed showcase, so it is by NO MEANS A CAFE!) I politely explained that unfortunately the app would not allow me to order my free birthday drink (white peppermint hot chocolate) and therefore I was forced to come in to order! He then told me to go tie my dog, a French Bulldog outside somewhere and my response was I'm not tying a $5000+ dog outside for someone to walk off with or steal! Obviously this boy has never owned a dog, and was clearly on a power trip of some kind as I've never dealt with this ever before in this store! I'm very respectful to get in and out and most of the time I'm dealing with people wanting to say hi, and wanting to pet my dog and compliment me on how well behaved he is! All I can say is it was a very poor start to my birthday!𤬠I have found that the baristas are very kind and friendly here but this control freak, power tripping boy, just made it very easy to never return or purchase another thing here! I am a 5 min walk from this Fraser Station location and I'll get in my vehicle and drive 5 mins now because of this rude and disrespectful behavior of this egotistical boy that obviously needed to feel powerful today! š¤š¤¦āāļø Well Starbucks I think you need to one change your policy as your stores are is NOT A CAFES and perhaps find someone to train your managers with some empathy, compassion, people and communication skills because this boy is heavily lacking...

But when it comes to their coffee it's just not the same as the other branches. I thought that it was just one day. But then I tried it again and again and again.
When I visited Surrey or the other branch in Langley. The difference in taste was night and day.
I tried the same caramel ribbon crunch twice in one day from 2 different locations last week as I wanted to just confirm to be sure.
Now I'm absolutely positive that there is a difference.
Staff are kind, helpful and amazing.
I just feel disappointed that my closest branch unfortunately doesn't deliver in terms of taste.
In case the staff are reading this and you want to know what the difference is. Well for the caramel ribbon crunch.
Your version is way more watery than the other branch.
On top of it, the presentation could use some work. For instance the whipped cream which I asked to use less of. Ended up sinking to the bottom of the cup when given to me at the counter.
It was really hard to drink as every sip was basically coming with a chunk of whipped cream.
On top of that it just doesn't feel like it's the same ratio of mixing that the other branches use.
I tried 216 st, Guilford and another branch in Surrey I'm not sure of the street exactly.
I definitely would still continue to go here and hopefully see an improvement and revise my feedback at that time.
Ultimately that's the objective of this feedback for me as one of Canadas top foodie...
