This Subway location has been a very disappointing and stressful place to work at. The manager constantly speaks to employees in a rude, aggressive, and disrespectful way. Even when staff are working hard and doing their best, they are treated poorly — being yelled at, blamed for small things, and made to feel like nothing they do is good enough. It creates a toxic and unhealthy work environment where employees feel mentally drained, nervous, and unappreciated. Many of us feel stressed before even starting a shift. On top of that, there is clear favoritism. Some workers are treated well, given better shifts, and not held to the same standards, while others are blamed for everything and treated unfairly. It’s not based on hard work or performance — just who the manager likes. This creates a very divided and uncomfortable atmosphere where some staff are overworked and others are protected, no matter what. What makes it worse is that the owner is fully aware of what’s happening and has received several complaints, yet chooses to do nothing. Instead of taking steps to support or protect staff, the owner ignores the problem completely. There is no professionalism, no respect, and no care for employee well-being. Then she came back I ordered my second sandwich and I was about to order third she took the first sandwich from toaster and asked me for vegetables I said I want to order third sandwich too. Read moreBad attitude. I walked in at 15 mins before 10 pm and she told me she was closed due to having alot to do. This is why i am giving a bad review. I have worked in fast food industry for over 20 years and i have never told a customer no i wont sell u anything because i have alot to do we are closed. My boss would have my head on a platter. By the way if the door is unlocked and its even 5 mins to closing time u shouldnt refuse customers who want to eat at your subway. Without customers you wouldnt have a job. Take a hint from Wendy’s.
