We encountered a super disrespectful interaction with Tatiana around 6:30pm on Aug 10th who gave us our drink we kindly told her it was the wrong size as we repeated our order 3 times and again used our points at the cash register and said we wanted to use it on the āVentiā Iced caramel macchiato. She rudely told us that we paid for a grande āwell you paid for a grande so Iām going to have to remake this drinkā I guess the person taking the order at the cash register put in the wrong size. We explained this to her that we used our points and she kept saying āwell I didnāt take your orderā and that was completely fine we explained that we wanted the venti she was very dismissive and rude toned and she came back with pretty much all milk in a venti cup. Points wasted and bad service. This is why we never tip before. Mind you there was us and another car in the drive thru and the two girls working there seemed pretty distracted which is why there may have been miscommunication not a big deal but donāt start getting mad at customers if you make the mistake. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad a terrible experience with Barb at the drive through this morning!!! First off the drive through took over 20 mins. Then I saw my drinks being handed into the car in front of me. Since it wasnāt their drinks they handed them back. When I approached the window I asked if my drinks have been inside the car infront of me and the drive through lady (Barb) said yes. I told her that isnāt hygienic as I donāt know if they touched the mouth piece or had taken a sip and asked if she could replace it. Instead of apologizing she stated āI cleaned it with a ragā. By this point I was shocked and irritated after waiting so long In the line and asked if a new one could be made which she declined stating she would just switch the cups. Also, when a request is put in to have no foam, that means no foam. It becomes very frustrating when you spend a significant amount of money for a coffee and it's not made properly or to the standard of a customer. I am not one of those Karen's who complains all the time - because I've been a barista before, so I understand during peak times, things happen. But it has gotten to a point where it isn't a mistake that is being fixed. I was taught a way to properly aerate oat & almond milk so that a barista is able to give the customer what they as for.
