Tucked away in a bustling corner of Abbotsford city, New Abby Indian Cuisine offers an authentic taste of India that transports diners straight to the subcontinent. From the moment you step inside, the warm ambiance, adorned with rich colors and traditional decor, sets the stage for a culinary journey.
Food: The menu is a delightful mix of regional specialties, showcasing the diverse flavors of India. I started with the Samosas, perfectly crispy and filled with spiced potatoes and peas. The accompanying mint chutney added a refreshing kick. For the main course, I opted for the Butter Chicken—a classic that didn’t disappoint. The tender chicken was enveloped in a creamy tomato sauce, with just the right amount of spice. It paired beautifully with the Garlic Naan, which was soft and fragrant.
The vegetarian options are equally impressive. The Palak Paneer featured vibrant spinach and soft cheese, a dish bursting with flavor.
Service: The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, eager to recommend dishes based on personal preferences.
Atmosphere: Soft music and ambient lighting create a cozy yet lively environment, making it ideal for both family gatherings and intimate dinners.

The green chutney was very watery, disgusting, no taste at all. This was my first experience with them. For hygiene no body was wearing hair...
