Sadly disappointed. I remember ordering here years ago and it was at least satisfactory. My go to places of recent were all closed so went to the fall back.
Made a very standard order. “Dinner for 5” no additions. No substitutions. Person on the phone was the most lacking in personality I’ve likely ever encountered. Was told 35 to 40 minutes.
45 minutes later I show up to pickup my order. After about 5 minutes someone comes out of the back and seems surprised that I was there for pickup. (Speculation: like they forgot I made an order). After sitting there for another 20 minutes. I finally got my order. Paid. And went home.
The food was not great. The pork fried rice tasted like the main ingredient was salt. On top of the rice tasting like it was day old. Stale. The sweet and sour pork was more like sweet and sour pork jerky, usually a house favorite, my wife was unable to even eat it. The chicken balls and shrimp were battered in what I can only describe as oil flavored sponge dip, and otherwise tasteless.
The beef chop suey was actually pretty good in their defense.
I don’t know if maybe I just got a bad day, or what, but I won’t be ordering from there again.
I’ll end this off by suggesting the alternative of Tong Fei, which has yet to disappoint in...

Prices are very reasonable and almost all portions are large. Cantonese Chow Mein was over 2 pounds of food with plenty of meat and veggies. The sauce was very flavorful and I enjoyed it much more than other restaurants version of this dish. Beef and Broccoli with Black Bean Sauce was super flavorful. The pieces of beef were tender and meaty, likely due to proper velveting technique. Sweet and Sour pork was pretty dang good. Nice chunks of pineapple, sauce wasn't overly sweet. Szechuan Beef was pretty good too. Dry Garlic Pork was alright but they definitely used some pre-minced jarred garlic that didn't really give it the pungent kick this dish should have.

BBQ Pork Fried Rice was the worst fried rice I've ever had from a restaurant. The rice was undercooked and flavorless and the little pieces of BBQ pork were bland as well. No wok hei either. Honey Ginger Beef was just too sweet. Big slices of ginger in there too, which some people probably aren't going to enjoy biting into. Chicken Chow Mein was alright but just bland. Lemon Chicken was okay but the Lemon sauce tasted odd.
Overall the price and flavor were good value. I'll be back to try other dishes but that fried rice really has to...
Read moreWe tried this place due to their prices; they are amazingly cheap and yet we had heard good things. We did a takeout order, and this was one of the few places that had my food ready right at the time I'd been told to show up. The food was very good, with the wontons being especially good in both the soup and as a deep fried appetizer. The almond chicken was a bit greasy and the almonds were only on the top layer as stacked in the takeout box. The fried rice and honey garlic pork were also very tasty, and I was pleased that the latter was boneless despite the low price. We live next to an excellent Chinese restaurant, but we will drive across town to also patronize this place. I do hope their menu becomes a bit...
