Upon my recent visit, I had the pleasure of trying not one, but two of their iconic burgers. Each bite was a symphony of flavors. Juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection, the sandwiches stood as a testament to the culinary expertise at Big T BBQ. Sharing this experience with my daughter made it even more memorable. The harmonious blend of textures and flavors truly elevates the humble burger to a gourmet experience.

Price: Quality Comes at a Cost š°
However, every dining experience has its considerations. At Big T BBQ & Smokehouse, the only slight hiccup is the pricing. Given the quality, portions, and overall experience, it does lean on the pricier side. But, as they say, quality often comes at a price. It's a premium experience, and the costs reflect that.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst and for most all my reviews are honest. The rating is not just based on food its the whole experience. I decided to try this place out. I usually smoke my own meats or go to Main Street BQQ. I love BBQ food. So when I first walked in it was just me at the counter with no line up. I was approached by an oriental women who asked if I was here for pick up and I replied no I want to place an order to go and she said ok and walked away an continued to work. She never spoke another word to me. I waited for at least 10 mins before a gentlemen came in and took my order. This kind of irritated me a little bit as it wasn't busy in here. I explained I never ate here before and I would like to try out alittle bit of everything and its just for myself and my wife. He recommended the priscilla plater for two. I asked him what wood they use to smoke there meats and he was unsure and couldn't provide an answer. This may not mean anything to some people but it does to me as this is a BBQ restaurant where meats are smoked and this info should be provided to the employees. The gentlemen was very friendly and provided me with allot of other info and such as what to expect from the different BBQ sauces and what he would recommend and he also told me exactly how much brisket came with the platter as it doesn't tell you , you only get 150 grams of brisket. So when I got home and opened everything up I must say I enjoyed all of the meats and sauces plus the coleslaw, beans and corn bread. There was defiantly enough food for myself and my wife. The only complaint I have about the food is the ribs were tough but the flavor and crust on them was good. Over all I gave this place 4 stars for the slow ordering, tough ribs and unable to answer questions. I would recommend eating here from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter over a year of not visiting this place, I decided to try it again. I could not even finish the sandwich, it was so disgusting. One little drop of bbq sauce in the centre of the bun. For $25, I could have gone anywhere else for better food. Definitely regret going back and will not do it again. //Iām editing my review because we ordered for pick up the other day. I donāt know if there has been a management change or something but there was a man working there that basically called me a liar and was super rude to me. I donāt eat coleslaw and for the past 3 years we have been faithfully going here regularly and recommended it to others. Usually, they offer to replace my coleslaw with a small container of beans instead. I have never had them refuse to do this until Friday when the rude man told me they āhave never done thatā and āit is not something they do at any of their locations.ā So we will not be going here again. I hope a small container of beans was worth hundreds of dollars of business each year. Iāll be sure to tell everyone I know how rude the person was to me as well. In addition to calling me a liar and refusing to do what they have done for the past 3 years, they also put such a small amount of bbq sauce on our sandwiches, we had to add more when we got home. I realize times are tough, but youāre not getting ahead by not giving customers good service and cheating out on condiments. We will give our business to another restaurant...
