Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ajax

I usually get my pizza at the Domino's on Taunton and Middlecote.. but today since I was shopping right beside, my wife and I decided to get our pizza here itself. We got in and ordered and the girl at the counter took her time to repeat the order to us to confirm what we wanted. We went out to the another shop and came back and the pizzas were coming out of the oven. Here is where it becomes interesting. The girl called Mohamed who prepared the pizza to tell him this is not what the customer wanted.. we were sitting and watching the whole thing. He insisted that this was what was on the receipt.. he kept on insisting with the girl it's ok. He packed the pizza's and asked his other colleague to give it to us. What he did not expect, is us opening the boxes right in front of them.. we ordered bbq chicken with no bacon and another one half bbq chicken and half cheese. We ended up having 1 with bacon and the other one was not half and half it was full bbq chicken. I asked his colleague why knowing that the order was wrong you still packed it and gave it to me? Then Mohamed walked to me and VERY rudely told me to back off this counter and wait overthere because there are other customers and he is doing the order as I asked..at the end we told him that this is a very bad customer service. And he should change...

UPDATE---

Absolutely no contact from management or the owners. This location I've called multiple times to speak to someone in power and they seem to not care and take down my information for someone to call me back but nobody ever does.

I'm filing a complaint with head office regarding this franchise and the other location in Ajax. Very disappointing 😞

BE WARNED ⚠️

Ordered a walk in medium pizza with triple cheese and Brooklyn pepperoni and received almost triple cheese and definitely not close to triple pepperoni. Went back into the store and explained the pizza issue and got the response of ( Brooklyn pepperoni is bigger ) I explained that I ordered triple and there is only one layer and he said ya one layer. Explained the Other location make the pizza nice and thick with pepperoni and truly no positive answer back.

Unsure who owns this location but the owner needs to retrain the workers on how to make pizza and proper customer service.

This location has had multiple complaints and the owner hasn't done anything about it.

Highly doubt they will reply to this, Highly recommend you stay away unless you like to spend money on basic toppings at a premium price for extras. I was told there was triple toppings but no there is not triple.!

I’m beyond disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order at 11:51 PM for a normal crust pizza with extra cheese, yet I received a thin crust with no extra cheese at all, despite paying for it. Shockingly, at 11:55 PM, I got a call saying my order was “ready” because the staff wanted to close. There is no way this pizza was freshly prepared in just 4 minutes.

To make matters worse, the pizza tasted stale and off, as though it was made with old dough or poor-quality ingredients. After eating it, my husband, my child, and I all suffered diarrhoea, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.

This was hands down the worst pizza I have ever had, and I will never be returning to Domino’s. This experience has completely shattered my trust...
