I'm very disappointed at the service at this location. I ordered three meals which were two pieces of chicken with fries, one with taters and one with coleslaw. The one with taters was supposed to be regular and the other two were supposed to be spicy. It took a while to get my order and I didn't mind. When I got home and opened up the boxes to hand them out to my family, I saw that all three orders were spicy. My 8-year-old does not eat spice at all. He cannot tolerate it. I even tried to give him a bite of mine to see if it was okay and he said no. This is too spicy. Mom. So I kept my food and I kept my brother's food and I put the incorrect one back in the bag, grab the receipt and drove all the way back to the location. I took it to the front desk. I was not rude. I was not angry. I said hi. I ordered three meals. One was supposed to be regular and two were spicy. The lady at the front says okay and so? I said well I received all three spicy and my son does not eat spice. So I gave her the box with the two spicy pieces of chicken and the taters which was the order that was incorrect. She looks in the bag and says where's the rest of the order? I said I kept it at home because those two were fine. I'm not bringing those back to return them. I'm bringing back the one that was incorrect to switch it with a correct one. She goes. Oh ma'am, how can I just change it without the rest of the order?. I looked at her in confusion. I said listen. I'm not trying to steal your food. I'm bringing you back the incorrect one and I'm telling you you can take it. You can throw it out. You can do whatever you want with it. I need the correct chicken. She rolled her eyes and told the guy in the bag to give just two pieces of regular chicken. I said what about the taters? These are cold now. I ordered them 45 minutes ago. She turned to the back and said yeah taters too. She handed it to me. Did not even say sorry. Did not apologize for the inconvenience. Did not apologize for her rudeness and I was nice and did not make a fuss about the fact that I had to drive all the way back and my 8-year-old was at home hungry waiting for his food. I will never return to this location again after that...

Nadeera has great customer service skills and was very pleasant. She cares about her job. I wanted something different in my second order(less salt in my taters) and the chef .. Shivam was notified ... he Prepared my order promptly and correctly.... With a smile and without any hesitation. Usually, at fast food restaurants, the staff are always in a hurry...and angry. Read moreI’m at a loss for words… I’m literally sitting in the restaurant staring at my empty boxes and am considering getting more. Starting with the food: There is NOTHING like this. The spicy mayo in conjunction with the honey mustard is a combo that would cause a caveman’s brain to spontaneously combust. The crispiness of the breading and tenderness of the meat are the best duo since Shaq and Kobe. I would eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if my heart allowed for it. Next, the service: GENERATIONAL. I am not being hyperbolic when I say the staff are the kindest, most genuine, and intelligent people I’ve ever encountered. Particularly Manal, is something else. To the location manager, I hope you know what you have in Manal. Someone like her does not come around everyday. She is the rock of that location on Monday night’s. I’ve never seen such effortless mastery in regards to customer service. It feels like a home atmosphere the second you step foot on the premises.
