Pita Delites — Restaurant in Ajax

I have traveled all over the middle east, and one of my main meals was shawarma. After tasting it over there, I always looked for the same taste over here. I've been to over 25 different shawarma places in the GTA, and never found the one that had the correct taste. I've been going to pita delites in AJAX for about 5 years. I'm a taxi driver and we always have to eat out somewhere. Thank god they opened a new location in Oshawa north, so i go there as well. I eat shawarma at both stores at least 4 times a week. I have never been tired of it. One of the main things i like is their extreme hot sauce which they keep on the side.

To the people that are checking reviews please note; there are some people that have made reviews on here that work up the street at Pita Land, which is one of the worse places I've been too as they have an extra charge for anything and everything. Mr Tele Jenn, i just bought food for 5 people and total was $40. Mr Tele, and Mr Claudia Gonzales your the little brother of the owner of pita land ajax. Just to let you know your Pita Land is never busy, I've been there many times. Mr Qassem Mohamed you should stop making fake reviews with your fake names for great places like this. Get a life...

These guys are amazing in terms of customer service. I am a regular customer of this restaurant. I have notice, they are adding half of Pita bread into one full pita. This give them the power to reduce the amount of chicken and other salad ingredients. Basically, it saves them money :) This is a bad move, they are cheating customer before their eyes. They should drop this habit, it is unethical and they may not realize this that their cheap movement could cause health issues. I go there with my calories plan, the amount of carbs in Pita are already too much and adding more could make me and like me more fat. My solution is, either they fix this or I quit buying from them. The lady at cashier is very sweet, she is very polite and Pita Maker is good too but he ethically fails customers on addition of extra Pita Bread. They need to drop the half Pita bread from Chicken shawarma menu to meet customer...

These guys have roots in Nazareth Israel, still have yet to find a better shawarma. And I have tried many, they know me as a regular and never ever skimp on meat. Those 1 star reviews are laughable at best. These guys cut meat directly from the shawarma, unlike most places that cut, re-cook on a hot plate and then let sit in a food drawer. Falafel is next level also the toppings are beyond what you can find anywhere else. They even have a secret hot sauce hidden under the counter. For me absolutely nothing has changed in the 18+ years I have been a customer. Iv travelled the middle east, I have shawarma experience, the only other place that comes close is Ibrahims in Scarborough, being I believe Egyptian ethnicity where as these guys are Israelites.If price is your complaint take it up with the Canadian government for printing our cuurncy...
