I have been living in Ajax for 25 years, I have been a customer at this time hortons location for longer than I can remember. Growing up, I have always loved coming here. Since I started driving and working it has been a daily stop on my way to work and on Saturday mornings on my way to wherever. Lately I have been extremely disappointed with their attention to detail and their service to customers. I always customize my orders, drinks and food and all changes are always noted and paid for. I love to support a local business but it bothers me a little bit that even though I request more of something and pay for it, I don’t get it. I always make sure I speak clearly and make sure that the changes to my order are shown on the screen so I know that they heard me and will prepare my order accordingly. But nope, I pay and then receive my order as plain and as basic as it comes. I’m personally not the person to put you on blast for something like this and I will never humiliate and make someone redo my order however, I do feel that because I am paying for it and because they know exactly what I asked for and are capable of making the changes to my order. Maybe I should start holding up the line and making them check that my order and requests were fulfilled. I don’t know but it’s as simple as maybe STOP over charging me if you’re just going to give me my order with all requests ignored.. last but not least, it’s rude to talk to a customer and hand them food with your body and hand facing the complete opposite direction, while I’m stretching out of my car to chase your wandering hand for my food before it falls. But I mean the renovations look good. Perhaps Tim hortons can renovate their employee list with people who want...
Read moreI had the worst drive thru experience on Tuesday august 6th 2024 in the morning! I was pulling up into the drive thru to order my kids some food i accidentally forgot to order my little 4 year old a croissant. So i pulled up to window and there was this lady wearing a hijab and i simply asked her to add a croissant to my order and she was like being rude saying no i cant do that no even a sorry like come on people where r the manners these dayss? Lol! But anyways i was like its fine not a big deal but what Tim Hortons says they are not allowed to add anything to the order? EVERY single Tim Hortons I've went to upset for this one said i couldn't add anything to my order after pulling up to the windoww! Like What? This lady wearing the hijab at drive was giving such bad behaviour acting like a child as well like i get it if it was busy in the drive thru but it wasn't like buddy chilld own what did i do and the after i payed for it she was like get out of the drive thru she said in a different rude way like threatening! So this was my experience i wish i took a video of her acting and behaving like this for my social media! lol!
I HAVE SEEN SO MANY OTHERS COMPLAING ABOUT THE SAME LADY AND ALL THE OWNER JUST TYPES IS THE SAME MESSAGE WERE IS THE APOLOGY FOR THE DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR of the hijabi lady working the morning what is rushing so much for telll her to relax a bit and drink a coffee!

Read moreI have been coming to this Tim Hortons location for about two years, and the service is consistently amazing. One of the highlights of my visits is Dolly, who always greets me with a warm smile and a cheerful "Hi, what can I get for you?" Her kindness and professionalism make every visit a pleasure.
However, I feel compelled to write this review after witnessing repeated verbal abuse directed at Dolly and other staff by a woman who delivers mail. This individual often talks down to the employees, treating them as though they are not deserving of respect. On one occasion, I was in line in front of her, and her impatience and rude demeanor were unsettling. Even when I kindly offered to let her go ahead of me, she responded rudely.
I attempted to contact the Tim Hortons head office in Oakville to report this unacceptable behavior, but I was unable to reach someone who could address my concerns—my call was transferred multiple times with no resolution.
I am sharing this because I believe it’s crucial to remind everyone to treat those who serve us with dignity and respect. The hardworking staff, like Dolly and Tyrone, deserve kindness, not mistreatment.
While I don’t know what the mail carrier may be going through, it’s important to remember that personal struggles don’t excuse poor behavior. I hope she reflects on her actions and chooses kindness in the future.
Let’s all do better and appreciate those who make our daily lives a...
