4.5 STAR !!! From the moment we entered, the staff greeted and welcomed us warmly. We had been searching for deals on the app, and the lady provided us with coupons, which was a pleasant bonus.

Consequently, we opted for the double cheeseburger with fries deal. The lady at the till even processed the transaction in a manner that enabled us to save money, which was a thoughtful gesture.

I also purchased my favorite pumpkin pie Blizzard, which appeared melted in the photograph, but was actually not served that way. The pumpkin pie smoothie was identical to the Blizzard in terms of taste and consistency, which was delightful.

My husband had the pecan Blizzard and described it as satisfactory, although I found it less appealing. The front area and both bathrooms were immaculately clean, which reflected positively on the establishment.

The only drawback was that the burgers were slightly dry, but all other aspects of our visit...

I order a slab birthday cake with an image of my grandchild for his 2nd birthday party. I ordered online and was personally called and notified when the store thought they may have an issue with the printer for the image. As it turned out, the printer worked, the image on it turned out perfectly, and the cake was fabulous. I have ordered these cakes from another DQ in the recent past but Fort Macleod DQ offered less lead time to order, I only needed to order two days in advance rather than three or four. The end result was a cake made perfectly to my specifications, and time of pick up was exact. The icing on the cake (pun intended) was the cost being $8 cheaper than the other DQ I previously ordered from. Fort Macleod DQ will be my go to location for DQ cakes...

Food was decent . But the first time here and they didn't turn on the grill. Cool that I can deal with stuff happens. So they give me a coupon for a free burger yay. Go to redeem it ( at the same one) they proceed to 3rd degree whether I got it from that location and I just stared at her, she was the same one who gave it to me. Told her pretty sure it was here she said wait a min stares at me lol and finally comes back. almost 10 mins later I got my food went through a lot of trouble for a free burger when it was they were the ones who gave it to me. Never even gave them a hard time when I had to wait for my food the first time. Seriously...
