Would give zero stars if I could. Showed up at 10 pm. Asked if they still had soup. The guy walks away without answering and comes back and says yes, potato, cauliflower and chili. Me and my boyfriend say ok we will have 2 large chilis. He then says oh sorry you can only get one. So my boyfriend orders the one lage chili and I order a breakfast sandwich with sausage. Then he says sorry we only have enough for a reg chili. So my boyfriend changes his order and orders the same breakfast sandwich as me but instead of sausage wants bacon. We then proceeded to wait about 15 mins to get these two sandwhiches when we are the only people waiting and when we finally get them, mine has no sausage and my boyfriend has both bacon and sausage.... how the hell do you screw it up like that? Dont bother eating here. They will not get your order right.

Wanted to check out a Tim Hortons, and while visiting my daughter in Missoula MT, I decided to make a little trip up to Ft McCloud AB and try a Tim Hortons and get a pizza while here. First time at TH, and it was OK, nothing special, I tried the Boston creme donut and some bits (donut holes). 5 hr drive, but I am happy to say I've been here and done that.

What is this place? Is it a coffee shop or fast food? I think this place has an identity crisis. The food is ok the service questionable as the server was unsure what she was doing. Food items not available. Table area is clean. This place is hard to understand for an outsider. Or did the server just make it hard for me?

For the owner of this location: specifically your issue is inconsistency. No matter what I order it is never the same. In saying this, I was there today November 3rd @10:45. I received a PERFECT double double coffee, which is in stark contrast to what I usually get. I had another one of these perfectly branded coffees last week. This tells me that whomever is making coffee for the Takeout window today is an excellent and well trained employee who is representing the Tims brand in the way it should be. I understand the issues high turnover rates of employees can present, but your management team must rise to meet these difficulties. There are faces I recognize behind the window, and their service and demeanor are consistently stellar, so kudos to them. Whoever made my coffee today needs a promotion or be a part of over seeing consistency and quality control. Also in most cases, issues with customer dissatisfaction are met quite poorly. There should never be a reason to challenge a customer not being happy with their product, because your product is extremely inconsistent. I hope this review is taken how I intended. Not to offend or bash. Just one professionals opinion to another. Thank you kindly for your...

This 1 star review is related to Tim Hortons disregard and indifference towards its customers who are unable or unwilling to get vaccinated (either those of us who recovered from coronavirus and don't see the reason to get vaccinated due to presence of anti-bodies in immune system or people who simply believe that vaccine is not worth the shot). Recently Tim Hortons stopped serving the unvaccinated people based on the government directives to encourage mass vaccination by introducing vaccine passports. This means that during these times of global hardship, Tim Hortons has sided with the government and not their customers. We used to buy from Tim Hortons before these new rules and will gladly continue buying from your business as long as our choice to stay clear from the vaccine is respected. If your location is open for everyone regardless of their vaccination status, please respond to this review. However, if your establishment is blindly following the government's vaccination plan, we won't spend a penny on your business this year and for many years to come, until these unnecessary vaccine related...

I had never been to Tim Hortons before so I was pretty excited to try it, I literally got TWO things; an everything bagel breakfast sandwich (which was very good) and a London fog latte with oat milk. I ordered the latte first then the sandwich, then remembered to ask for oat milk in my latte. Apparently she had already started on it, so the clerk walks over and tells her to change it, I apologized and she just gives me a nasty look and says nothing. I work in fast food so I get how annoying it can be when people change their order but I had literally uttered the words "London fog" less than 15 seconds beforehand, it's not my fault that they start it as soon as it's rung up. and that's not an excuse to be giving bad service and nasty looks, at least pretend to be nice. If you're already in a bad mood at 8:30 in the morning maybe don't work in customer service. Then when I got the latte I was pretty sad because it was delicious and only half full. If you come here make sure to ask for any extras or changes in literally less than a second unless you want half a latte and a bit of attitude...
