The atmosphere of the place is great along with the food. I ordered beef bulgogi which came with rice and a choice of egg drop or miso soup, I also ordered takoyaki, chicken karaage, and an egg tamago. The others with me ordered a beef hot stone bowl. Overall, the food was really good! The beef bulgogi had alot of flavour and came out sizzling, and the miso soup accompanied it well. The takoyaki was good, but I did find that the chicken karaage had a different flavour than what I'm used to. The others with me really like their hot stone bowls and had only positive things to say.

The service was great as well. Our server was a sweet asian lady who was working the lunch shift alone, it got surprisingly busy at lunch (it was a holiday and drumheller seemed empty), but the server still got our orders quickly, prepared our table fast, and got the drinks and food out at a good time, and she was really nice about everything. She was really nice towards the request our table was making such as asking to take pictures of us and the food, and bringing extra spicy sauce out for the hot stone bowls.

Pricing wise, I find the pricing of the food to be worth the portions, taste, a service you're getting. The pricing is only very slightly higher than what'd I'd normally expect, but that may be due to inflation from the pandemic.

Lastly, the atmoshpere of the restaurant was my favourite! It was well lit, very clean, and the style of the tables, decorations, and plates went really...

Bold statement here; but this is the best Sushi my wife and I have had in Alberta! The crazy thing is who would have thought it would be in Drumheller? 😀

We’re here visiting from the Edmonton area for a couple of days and I was a bit sceptical of all the great reviews. Boy was I wrong! I’m so glad we went tonight!

The Sushi here was absolutely amazing! Fresh, creative, delicious and beautifully plated! I could not believe at how well their rolls were put together, especially their deep fried Drumheller role which I would highly recommend.

The waitresses we had was awesome! Super friendly, helpful with recommendations, and always came by to make sure the food was good.

The chef here is the real deal! We were told by the owner (?) that he has over 14 years of experience, has worked in Japan and many other countries. He’s definitely mastered his art, and as long as he’s around doing what he does this restaurant will continue to thrive!

If you love sushi as much as I do, and haven’t been here then definitely go give it a try and support this hard working, amazing gem of a local business. Heck, I’m already planning my next trip with some of my Sushi loving friends to Drumheller just...

Having experienced a few different sushi establishments, this is my honest personal feedback. Environment/Ambiance was nice! As many others have previously stated, service with only one waitress on staff resulted in around an hour wait for our food - we were not in a rush, so it wasn’t a bother to us. Waitress did a great job for running solo - and very friendly! I ordered my usual favourites: springs rolls, veggie tempura, rainbow rolls and sashimi (decided to try the smoked salmon). Presentation was good! Spring rolls were great! Tempura batter was a nice consistency, however I found the vegetables to be softer than I’m used to and prefer. Loved the rainbow rolls - lots of flavours and nice presentation. Not sure exactly what I was expecting with the smoked salmon sashimi as I would typically order fresh tuna or salmon, but it reminded me of the smoked salmon lox you can buy from the grocery store. I would eat here again & recommend if...

Dreadful service, servers were very confused about the menu, what they had, what they didn’t, and what the dishes came with. We ordered various dishes and some came with miso soup, some didn’t, we were all brought miso soup and had to remind the server that it did not come with miso soup. Very very slow to take our order, bring the food, and give us the bill when the red was not very busy. Extremely disappointing food. U got the Beef Bibimbap, but it did not come with any side dishes (kimchi etc.) and it is extra if you want it. I asked for kimchi and they had ran out. We also got the California rolls, but it did not come with any ginger or wasabi, and I wouldn’t even consider it a California roll. Overpriced and not worth it. Skip this place if you are in Drumheller.
