Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Alberta

Sunday June 8 we decided to order pizza from Dominos. On the website they had their mix and match deal. I could get 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for 8.99 each. My 12 year old son asked if he could try ordering the pizza and because it was a simple order I let him phone it in while I sat beside him. He ordered a cheese pizza and a Hawaiian. When I went to pick it up, as I was tapping my card, I noticed I was paying over $38 when I was expecting to pay closer to $20. I questioned the staff who told me “when the kid ordered he ordered a Hawaiian pizza not a ham and pineapple pizza”. I argued that they had just charged me double for the exact same pizza. The man told me “ I gave the kid the total over the phone and he said it was fine. Because he said it was Hawaiian instead of the words ham and pineapple we charged for the Hawaiian. It was your sons fault. The staff purposely took advantage of my son because he was young. I told them I wanted the pizza to be under the 8.99 deal but they refused. I am so disappointed in Dominos. Hey, really nothing against this place, they are 99% perfect everytime we order.... BUT!!!!!, tonight we ordered the same order we always order, and expected the same great pizza 🍕.. but when it came. It was way over done, and looked like day old pizza.. i called the store. Just to let them know its overdone and wanted them to know.. wasn't looking for more then that.. the guy one the phone, went off on me, saying its always the same its on a convare belt and always same temperature... i said ok.. but letting you know its way over done.. he freaked out again.. I said. Heh hey customer service man.. were is your manager? He said I'm the owner of 9 years.. I said well, better learn some service skills, I don't want another pizza cause family is eating it already but to let you know.. he kept ranting.. he said he'd credit me another pizza for later.. anyway.. just becarefull if you decide to call them on there bad...

Just got scammed hard by these guys. Went to the coupon area ordered the two med pizza with 16 parm bites 16 Cinnamon bites and 2 litre Pop for 24 dollar special got a 40 dollar Bill. No price on the dippings they are not free pepperoni is not a single topping.its a pepperoni feast steak is not a single topping either apparently. Yet they advertise it as one ..I feel like Justin Trudeau has shares in this company. I know now why skip the dishes don't work with these guy's in Okotoks. In response to your comment I am not looking for any compensation or excuses. Pepperoni is one topping whether you call it a feast and charge an extra 10 bucks for the term. Adding dipping sauces there was no price listed to show they were not Free.
