I order a "egg white turkey breakfast sandwich & tall, black, decaf, iced coffee... BUT can you put it in a venti cup so I can pour my protein drink on top of it please?" The girl looks confused. I repeat. She says "they have to brew my decaf and it takes about 10 minutes." No problem. I wait 10 minutes. They forget about me, so they called me over and asked what I wanted. I said "the decaf" they quickly put it on. Again, no problem. They hand me the hot coffee in a venti paper cup. I said "this was supposed to be iced" they then pour the ice on top of the coffee. The drink is still in the venti paper cup, so... it melts. Instantly. Obviously. Now I have a luke warm, watered down, coffee in the wrong cup, and I cant pour my protein drink on top (Which is the whole reason I wanted this coffee.) Anyways, I don't say anything, I just walk away. I go to eat my sandwich and its a grilled cheese on a bun? Not what I ordered, so I go back in and they make it again. Read moreMy friend and I came here tonight and she ordered her usual drink which is a venti cinnamon dolce Frappuccino with coffee and almond milk with no whip cream. She also happens to be vegan. When the drink was ready they put whip cream on it, put no coffee in it and made it with regular milk. Now normally this wouldn’t be an issue just to ask for it to be made again but the lady serving us was quite rude. She asked if she could just scrape the whip cream off but when you are paying nearly $8 for a drink, it should be made properly. She then proceeded to go out of her way to tell us to make sure we say no whip cream next time because they don’t know she didn’t want it. She said it quite rudely. Read moreI have to say I’m really disappointed with how this location has been compared to how it used to be. For example, my cake pops were placed in a bag with hot food and left on the counter until pickup, they were completely melted and ended up as mush at the bottom of the bag. On top of that, the 3 times I went during my visit, none of the drinks were mixed properly, so the bottoms were just syrup. To make matters worse, my online order was messed up twice, even though everything is printed right there on the label. I don’t know if this is a staffing or training issue, but this location was so much better 6+ months ago when I lived here and came almost daily.
