Pizza Hut Innisfail — Restaurant in Alberta

I wasn’t planning on posting a review, but after reading the other reviews, I changed my mind The previously mentioned delivery driver and I, worked together for a few months until he quit ( a couple years ago, different town ) he was a cook at a place I worked for ten years

Last week I was crossing at the crosswalk directly west of Pizza Hut, I was about halfway through, the delivery driver didn’t stop for me, and smiled and waved, he chuckled a bit too.. I guess he thought I would find it funny. Hint….. if only one person is laughing , probably means it actually not funny.. I wasn’t planning to say anything to his boss, why bother , I dislike drama. But…. The next time I saw him , I mentioned how I didn’t appreciate his actions, His reply to me, was too bad, I walked away and left the store.. Right now I can’t afford insurance, so I walk everywhere all the time. Me and my blue nose pitty. And everyday I have cars that don’t stop, some act like they can’t see me, some say sorry.. I would say maybe 10% of the time someone actually stops to let me cross.. I have only been a pedestrian for a year and a half, I am surprised at how pedestrians are invisible. I will make sure that once I am driving again, I will be more respectful of us...

I ordered a medium pizza July 26, 2024 at roughly 4:35 P.M. MST, I had it delivered, I opened the pizza box and it looked over done, I ate one slice and a part of a second slice and I knew something was not right, it was really greasy and had a bad taste and a bad smell, within 1.5 hours I became deathly sick, I was vomiting to the point I felt I was going to pass out and that wasn't all, I had straight water diarrhea, my entire body hurt more than anything I have ever experienced, I obviously got food poisoning, I kept the remainder of the pizza to give to Alberta Health Services as this Pizza Hut should not be in business, the smell alone was enough to keep me throwing up and the grease tasted horrible, it was a slimy grease and tasted horrible, it took really hot water and lots of soap to get the grease off my hands. I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM PIZZA HUT IN...

The 1st time was all right the 2nd time sometime I had issues with your store... The 3rd time I went into this particular store I witnessed my food sitting on the end of the pizza Converor getting cold and then I also witnessed one of the staff sweating all over my pizza while cutting the food up... The staff that are taking the orders are extremely young And are not trained properly to be a public ambassador for your company... If you are not going to take the time to train your employees proper to do a proper job... Then do not open up another restaurant.... I was a long time Pizza Hut customer but after today I will no longer be one.... Also for what is going on in the world today with inflation and everything else your prices keep going up but the quality of your food keeps going down down and that is that all of your locations everywhere you have...
