Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alberta

I have order multiple times with food tasting great as Pizza Hut has always been my favourite. Tonight I ordered online and ordered a 2l drink, right after the delivery driver left I realized I didn't receive it. I phoned in and the guy stated that it was there mess up and that they would send the driver out with it. 50 minutes later I called back and the gentleman answered we are closed. I replied I'm sorry I was expecting a drink? He replied "it wasn't on your order!" ... stunned I said "well I've been waiting for it to be delivered, I attempted to order it online so maybe next time give me a heads up that your not coming?". I attempted to order it so whether it did not go through or not they claimed fault and then refused to provide good service after the fact. I am in the service industry and that was awful, if you worked for me and that was a customers experience.. you would no longer have a job. Maybe rethink the way you treat the people that create revenue to pay your checks.. very...

I placed my order on line at 2:30 pm. After placing it I realized it didn’t ask for a pick up. I immediately called, explained and asked for it to be ready for me to pick up at 4:45pm. I arrived at the Okotoks location at 4:41pm, paid for my order and was told “it’s in the oven and will be ready in 2 seconds.” It wasn’t. At 4:50 I asked about my orde and was told it was in the oven. I got the same response at 4:55. Finally a lady who appeared to be management, told me there had been a mixup and when I called to verify the pickup time it had put it back. Didn’t make sense. Once again I was told it is in the oven. I finally got my pizzas almost a half hour later than I had ordered them to be ready. No apology. Just here you go. I was not happy. The customer service was horrible. Please don’t email me with specifics any more. It will be a long time before I consider buying pizza from this...

We’ve been regular customers of Pizza Hut for a while and have always enjoyed our orders from this location—until now. On our recent order, we received a supreme pizza with a very unpleasant surprise: a crispy millipede was on our pizza. Needless to say, we were pretty grossed out.

We immediately called the location and spoke to the manager, who was very apologetic and sent a replacement pizza quickly, which we appreciated. While her response was quick and courteous, it was hard for us to fully enjoy the replacement after that experience.

This was our first disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut location, but it was a memorable one for the wrong reasons. We’re hoping this was a one-time issue, as we’re not sure we’ll be as eager to...
