I am usually treated like family at Coaldale subway. I always order the same thing, and they always know what toppings and extras I want. There has never been an issue, other than perhaps no soup left...but tonight, I was told that I couldnt get my egg n sausage ft long. Also, it does not go in a sub, only on a english muffin, and that it has to be before 11:00 am. She was very rude to me after waiting at least 45 min. In fact customers were leaving because of the inadequacy and line up that had formed. The line was out the door with people waiting. I have never been so disgusted and if there wasnt a customer behind me I would of told her so. I had to repeat myself numerous times on my order, and she still didnt get it right! Whether she is that daft, I dont know, but as long as she is employed there...I will not be returning. It has nothing to do with the manager, as she has no problems with what I order. So therefore my rating has gone from 5...
Read moreI have issues with this place all the time. The owner (Jay) will call and harass you if you make a complaint via online on the subway customer service website. He will tell you that you are wrong when you're clearly right. The guy is a jerk... and even a few of his staff members follow in his footsteps. There is only one staff member I like and she makes my sandwiches the way I like and doesn't cheap out on the veggies. According to the owner you can only have 6 olives. facepalm If any of you make a complaint online... do not leave your phone number unless you want to be called countless times and get your voicemail...
Read moreI absolutely love Subway. However, I just got home, checked my bank account, only to realize that they overcharged me quite a bit. I ordered 2 sandwiches for me and my family with a coupon and I guess they forgot to apply it. Like I said, I love Subway and have been eating there for a long time so I'm just looking for the overcharge to be refunded and I can change my review.
Edit: I went over there pretty much immediately afterwards and they gave me another Sub. Couldn't give me a refund but I'm completely fine with the extra sandwich. He was very friendly about everything and managed to sort...
