Subway — Restaurant in Alberta

This subway gets a thumbs down for me. I am a longterm customer of subway in many subways in different cities. I mainly order turkey but sometimes I will switch it up to turkey and ham for variety. He asked what kind of cheese I wanted and I said white and orange mixed. Upgrade one to a meal with nachos. Comes total it was 38.62!! I was like what. Than he said you asked for turkey and ham it's extra I said I asked for turkey and ham sub. He said there isn't one so it's extra. Than he said extra meat extra cheese. I never asked for that!!!! I never said extra meat. Than he ignored me. Supposed nachos didn't even have cheese really for some reason the sub was spicy and I never asked for anything spicy. The sub was huge I guess but I certainly never asked for extra meat extra cheese disappointed in trying a new subway when we looked forward. Almost $39 for one meal and one sub that should have been like $13 disappointing. Staff is rude and...

IT IS VERY SHAMEFUL FOR THIS SUBWAY MANAGEMENT THAT I GET TO KNOW TODAY THAT MANAGEMENT STARTED STEALING EMPLOYEES TIPS, IT CAME TO MY KNOWLEDGE THAT MANAGEMENT HAS NOT PAID THE TIPS TO THE EMPLOYEES FROM MORE THAN HALF OF A YEAR. WHICH IS VERY CRUEL TOWARD THE HARDWORKING EMPLOYEES.

I WOULD SUGGEST TO ALL OF THE REGULAR CUSTOMER OF THIS LOCATION THAT YOU GUYS NEED TO SUPPORT THE EMPLOYEES WHO PROVIDES THE EXCELLENT SERVICE TO YOU EVERYDAY, EITHER YOU GUYS NEED TO STOP SPENDING MONEY HERE OR STOP TIPPING EVEN A PENNY TO SUPPORT THE HARDWORKING EMPOLOYEES. IT IS VERY VERY SHAMEFUL FOR THE MANAGEMENT.

STOP SPENDING MONEY HERE CUSTOMERS AND STOP TIPPING ANY MONEY TO THIS BAD MANAGEMENT. I WILL BE MAKING AWARE MOST OF THE CUSTOMERS THRU DIFFERENT PLATFORMS.

We had a toasted white Italian sub with ham, bacon, habanero cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. The sauce is on the spicier side for some people, but we would assume that it is managable for the majority. The amount of sauce that we got in the sub was quite abundant as well, so that would be better if there was less. The bread was not 100% fresh but not a big issue. The veggies were fresh as far as we were aware. The meat was on the colder side and could have been a bit warmer. The ice tea that we got was good but the selection of soft drinks was pitiful.
