Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Alberta

We had stopped at Tims around 3pm on our way back from camping and it was surprisingly fast and all the workers seemed very friendly. At that time in the day at Timhortons I rarely receive my food in such a timely and friendly manner like that so I was quite impressed with the staff at this establishment. Another thing to mention is the food was properly wrapped and stacked so we could access it for the road which was another surprise. Usually i get one or two of the things I’ve mentioned but this place hit all the nails on the head. My literal only complaint is that there was only 1 drive through open but that really hardly has to do with anything. If 1 Tim Hortons had to represent them all I’d definitely...

Ridiculously long wait. I was the only customer inside. Ordered a sandwich, coffee and donut. Meanwhile the drive thru handled 5 customers, some of which ordered sandwiches and other food. 4 of them pulled in after my order was placed. Looked in the coffee cup and it was only 3/4 full. Did not ask to get it filled, as I was worried they would take longer than what it did. If the female server that looked after me walked any slower she would have been going backwards. Obviously, she did not want to be there or work there. Not likely going back. SHAME ON TIM HORTONS for such poor service...

I have been trying to get a London fog for the past month. Every time I go employees claim the machine is broken. I would like to know why it is taking so long to get a machine fixed, I get we live in a small town but to run a business you’d think you would wanna satisfy your customers but seems like this company doesn’t give a flying F about their customers. I hope they know their biggest competitor that is right beside them is getting all the business they can’t give. It’s cold. People want warm drinks. But somehow Tim Hortons can’t...
