KFC — Restaurant in Alberta

Honestly I usually leave KFC with a sense of shame, self hate and annoyance with the poor service and chicken that seemed to sit all day! I've been to this KFC twice this week now and am amazed at how friendly and accommodating that the staff at this KFC were! The first time it was just a really happy friendly guy, the second time there were a couple sauces out of stock and the lady helped me figure out a good substitute for my zinger sauce and was supper apologetic that after that was figured out they were out of honey mustard but honestly I didn't care about the honey mustard at this point (which means a lot cause I love honey mustard!) I was just put into a pleasant mood by how nice and helpful the lady was and I just felt that these guys needed some recognition because this is no ordinary fast food establishment they genuinely care and that means a lot!!

Oh and btw both times the chicken was so freshly cooked you couldn't eat it for ten minutes! I didn't know KFC even sold chicken until the day after it was cooked based on...

KFC has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants, especially when I am in the mood for something flavorful and satisfying. Ordered a 10 piece meal at 7:30 pm they had nothing cooked had to wait 30 mins. Got the order drove home realized they didn’t put the gravy in (so I thought) drove back got another gravy. This gravy tho was different like way different, the original gravy that I got was basically water, the. The second gravy was just like regular kfc gravy like I have always remember it. So what did they do? With in that 10 mins apart from getting those two gravies they are miles apart in flavour and texture. The chicken as well so greasy (I know kfc is greasy) but this was soggy not crispy at all it was 0/10. Popcorn chicken was ok tho.
