Ordered various appetizers for a relaxing night in, ordered nachos, Thai chicken bites, Bandera bread and boston pizza bread. I picked up my food and got in my vehicle, I was checking to make sure I had all my items, I opened up the pizza box to see a haphazardly thrown together box of nachos, I care less about the appearance of the nachos which appeared to be little more than the leftovers after you normally eat a plate of BP nachos, as I had ordered a full order of nachos I was confused at why I was given the leftovers that were left over on a table 3 hours before(that is how they looked) I was concerned about the quantity not the quality, it all comes out the same anyway, I brought the nachos back in and the hostess immediately helped me, after explaining my issue regarding the quantity the hostess opened the box and immediately commented on the appearance(now that she saw it looked like nachos you fell asleep and forgot on the counter for 9 hours) she said she would replace it which she did even though I didn't ask, she made the comment after I came to pick up the replacement nachos that I had actually ordered a half order of nachos, yet low and behold when I checked the receipt there is no indication that it is a half order in any way. When I arrived home to eat my long desired food I was met with more disappointment as the Boston pizza bread seemed to be brushed with a sugar glaze and then someone realized it was supposed to be salty so they went to the nearest feed lot and stole 4 blocks of salt to put on the bread to balance it out, needless to say it could have been better.
Next was the Bandera bread which was slightly better quality than most other BPs I have gone to so kudos for that. Last were the Thai bites which are my wife's and my go-to, I was hoping to take a bite and be met by that sweet up front but spicy back end flavor that I know and love, instead I was met by the utter betrayal of what I can only describe as Thai bites rolled in a donut glaze seasoned with the pepper that your grandma insists is "spicy" but ends up being a cucumber. Now I do not blame the staff at all as they are only able to deal with what they are given and were more than happy to help, but BPs, was the $0.12 savings really worth it to work your cooks 120% harder where this could happen? Hire some more cooks or pay your cooks better.

   Read moreI canât say enough good things here. We came down for a hockey tournament from 6 hours away. I called BPâs to book a reservation for our team for after our first game. The manager advised he didnât know there was a tournament and didnât have adequate staff but would be able to accommodate if we would agree to a pre-order. I told him absolutely! He then texted me so I had his number and email address to send the order to. There was an item not available and a couple clarification items needed, so he texted me to call him. I contacted those families and texted the manager back. He texted me during the game to see where we were at. I texted him at the start of the third period and again once it ended. We headed over right after the game. Drink orders were placed and shortly after the food started coming out. They were extremely organized. Many staff helping to get the orders out from the kitchen to our group. We were situated right near their kitchen. There was no chaos at all, no sounds of stress at all. The staff were all working together so efficiently and effortlessly. There were almost 40 people ordering food and not one error made. All food was hot, nothing was left sitting. This is all a testament to the manager. We have been to many team dinners over the years and this was honestly by far the best I have seen. Many of our parents asked me to provide feedback so I decided to write this review. Our parents were fairly blown away by how well of a job they did, and they all commended this manager as you can clearly tell this establishment runs as smooth as it does because of him. He is very involved and clearly supports the staff in a way that ensures a positive customer experience. Would highly recommend this establishment, especially for a short notice team event....
   Read morewell so much for small town friendliness last night at the keg in Sherwood the managing chef help me prepare my lunch for today here i called in my order told them i was just unhooking my trailers and i wanted yo order food and a beer much to my surprise i got told that my order was take out only and i couldn't have my beer as i ordered 3 mins late and they were closing andy order was deemed takeout even though i ordered before they closed and arrived before the closed. the order was wrong and do to that i was unableto store rhe food property as the large pizza box wont fit in my semi's fridge i wasnt offered to have the order remade properly i was given thank forr you money please leave were closed even though there were other customers still at the bar. i guess that why the locals i talked to recommended Sammy's im sorry i didnt heed their advice in short poor attitude and not up to Boston pizza standards in quality of food the female server had a take your food and get out attitude the one male server apologized and tge other looked away embarrassed
thks for your generic.reply but i didnt keep the receipt nor did i keep your food as i stated the pizza was the wrong size so i couldn't keep it in my fridge n the toppings were wrong the wings were cold so fastest waste of $50 im an over the road transport operator i eat out a lot Boston pizza being a go to place for me but never again...
