Iāve always been a fan of Tim Hortons, but after my recent experience, Iām deeply disappointed. We ordered several items, and when our order was brought to the car, two items were completely missing. I specifically asked for an egg and cheese farmerās wrap due to dietary restrictions, but was instead given a sausage wrap, which was not only frustrating but also concerning for my health.
To make matters worse, my chocolate chunk cookie was frozen, my iced coffee tasted more like watered-down milk than coffee, and my fiancƩ received a steep tea instead of the medium double-double he ordered.
When I tried to bring these issues to the staffās attention, the woman who came out with our order was dismissive and rude, and seemed more focused on complaining about her team than actually resolving the problem. She had no idea what our order was, which is unprofessional and frustrating when youāre paying for a service.
Iāve never had such a poor experience at a Tim Hortons before, and Iāll be taking my business to another location from now on, such as the other one near Gasoline Alley. I only added one star to be able to post this feedback. Hoping this helps improve the service for...

Just a minute ago!8/10/ 2025 Sunday at 11am after we filled up our fuel we decided to order the usual order we getting in all Tom hortons we need to get our coffee to get ready for our 5hrs long drive! they have their drive tru and those 2 ladies working there now are trying to outsmart us. They are very rude we are getting ordering their Bagel and it said on their menu " classic sausage bagel" and that's what we been telling the crew but she keep telling us what kind? For many times we answered so we thought there's something wrong with their device that they can't hear us well but when we picked up our order in the windows we said we are yelling already just for them to hear us! She just put her attitude and told us 'well it doesn't matter what's on the menu said you have to say what bagel you need"?! We are just confused on how she talked to us she doesn't fit for the job!she doesn't know how to talk to customers very nice or maybe she feels like she knows better because we are Asian. I drink Tim Hortons everyday, I requested for a survey invoice since my invoice was in the car from last purchase, which I was going to use it for the purchase today. She had it at the counter but she still refuses to give it to me. My order was for the family with kids but she refused to help me out and snatched the invoice from me and told her she can't give it to me. I was going to make first order and then use it for other orders that I did.
