Coming from a regular customer and somebody who worked for a little bit at Tim Hortons, I think putting this amount of iced coffee is just absurd. As mentioned, I previously worked at Tim Hortons and I am aware of the proper measurement for the coffee, ice, and cream. And this is just not it. I've been a regular at this location for more than 10 years now, which I've had pleasant experiences as a customer. But for some reason, a staff named Anna (I think) has been making my iced coffees like this. The photo above came out straight from drive-thru and have not taken any sip from it. Same as the other one, but I have asked for it to not have ice. Which makes sense to have less, but the amount of cream and coffee mixture should at least reach the third line from the top, which was obviously not met. I hope the staff puts attention to this as the reputation of the location might be influenced in a negative way.

our group of four visited Tim Hortons at this location on highway 9 when we were on our way to the Royal Tyrell Museum (The dinosaur park) in Drumheller. We ordered a couple of small cups of coffee, one small sugar-free coffee, and a multigrain bagel, toasted with butter. There was only one person in front of me, so my turn came in two minutes. The employee who took my order was delightful, courteous, and efficient person, and right away he delivered all the items exactly as ordered. The drive-through restaurant was very neat and clean and we liked the cozy sitting arrangements.

Tim Hortons is a brand of Canada but my visit to this place was my worst visit to this place. All the workers were busy in their talk instead of paying attention to customers. If anyone using tim Hortons points they make weird faces. I ordered cheesy pizza but there was hardly any cheese on pizza. Coffee was pathetic. I don't know why the workers don't bother about the name of the company and ruining it by serving customers with poor quality stuff. Washrooms were not even clean.

First family trip since covid started to see the Royal Tyrell Museum. Decided to stop here before heading home. Had a wonderful and knowledgeable cashier/server "Kirby." He was a delight in that he was engaging, gave his honest opinion when asked (I haven't been to Tim's in a long time), and was quite personable as well as hilarious to boot. The food and drink were same old Tim's however it would have been nice if they had made more timbits as they were essentially sold out. The napkin dispenser where you picked up your order was empty but it was busy so I could see why they ran out - they had more napkins on the other counter. The highlight before our trip home was when what looks like a high school basketball team came into the store. Kirby yelled out "where did you all come from! It's like mitosis happening right before my eyes!" Hilarious! I almost spit out my drink. Funny thing to add is that members of the team commented "what's mitosis?" (If you know, you know - although Kirby appears younger than them). This extroverted, yet extremely kind and thoughtful kid will go far. He was extremely efficient and fast given the speed of the environment. He easily out paced his colleagues. Tim's food and drink is well Tim's food and drink as mentioned above. Kirby made my day beyond the wonderful sights that Drumheller has to offer, hence the 4 vs 3 star rating. I hope that Kirby reads this. He definitely deserves a promotion and raise as he's "in-training" while I write this. Thanks for making the world a brighter place Kirby! Keep...

I'm from out of town, visited this store 3-4 times in the past and loved it until today, thanks to the employee named Faye who served us, you've totally ruined it.

Stopped by to get 4× drinks for me and friends, I was looking at the menu until I noticed Faye was staring at us with a plain face, no words, no greeting...As soon as I realized it's my turn I said "Hi there, can I get the new Zero energy drink?" She asked me which flavor I want, I explained that it's the one called zero with zero sugar, at this moment She asked me again which flavor I want, I thought there's more than one flavor for the zero sugar ones so I asked her what's available for zero? Faye repeated the 3 flavers and i picked the berry one after double checking with her that this one is a zero for sure.

My second order is a XL dark roast with one sugar and 3× oat beverage, it took me 4 times to get the right ingredients and again a poker face and no other words...When I received my energy drink, I noticed it contains 140 calories and 26g sugar, I had to wait and talk to other Staff again to get the right order...a piece of advice for Miss Faye, know your product, provide yhe correct answer for customer and do your job right as a customer service personal, you're not only the face of Tim hortons franchise also the business rep of the entire Drumheller...

We stopped at this Tim Hortons today on a visit to Drumheller. This Tim Hortons is terrible. The bathrooms were so dirty. My husband walked into the men’s washroom and immediately came out and said it was too disgusting. The woman’s washroom was locked so we all used the family washroom which was a bit better but had no soap to wash your hands. Makes you wonder about the personal hygiene of the staff. After 15 minutes no one came out of the woman’s washroom so I went and voiced my concerns to the girl working the front cash and it seemed that she couldn’t care less and just said someone must be using it. I waited another 5 minutes as I was concerned, and I banged on the door and no one answered. So I went the second time to voice my concerns that someone could have collapsed in there so she finally listened walked over and tapped on the door as we were leaving. I really hope no one was in distress in there. Makes me shake my head. We opted out on buying food at this location. Very...
