I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but I can't complete this review without at least selecting the one star. Absolutely terrible customer service at this particular DQ!!I am appalled at how the young man at the till completely screwed up my boyfriends moms order. She had asked for a BLT sandwich and got a chicken salad. Neither of which sound even remotely similar to each other. After she had attempted to point out the error politely yo the young man at the till he then began arguing with her that what he had heard her ask for was a chicken salad which was not what she had asked for or what anyone else in our group had heard her ask for either. She had spoken clearly and there is no conceivable way he could have possibly mis-heard her had he actually been paying attention at all. Then to sit there and not offer to get her what she asked for but instead argue that she had ordered what he gave her was extremely rude. It wasn't until the men in our group started to get obviously annoyed with how this young man was handling the situation that he finally offered to make her the BLT sandwich she had asked for. At this point she was so annoyed with this young man's terrible attitude she told him not to bother. We all ended up leaving before even finishing what we had ordered. They obviously have no clue on how to provide decent customer service nor do they train their employees on appropriate ways to treat customers or even handle legitimate complaints. Walk into the restaurant to order food. The first thing that happens is that I start sneezing immediately after entering. (There is a bad smell/odor inside.) Then I need to see the menu on the screen behind the counter (it doesn't make sense why it's behind the counter). The lady at the front on September 5th at 4:30 p.m. started staring at me and asked a couple of times, "How can I help you?" as she was rushing me to order quickly. While continuously staring at me, she had a very bad facial expression (🫤😠). I ordered food, and as she was making it (with NO gloves and hair covering), I noticed THAT food was sticking to the containers. I requested wet napkins to clean it, but she ignored my request and cleaned it herself with just dry napkins. She told me that it was "okay now." However, I quietly wrapped the containers with extra napkins and walked out. Did I enjoy my food? Of course, not - people like her have destroyed our f ood industry standards and hygiene ... food inspectors need to make surprise visits to pass them to have it...

We stopped after for some food and ice cream. I eat super clean and rarely stop for treats and all I wanted was extra cheesecake bites in my strawberry cheesecake blizzard. I had about 4-5 pieces at the top and the rest of my blizzard had absolutely nothing. So I had my cute hubs go up and ask for some extra cheesecake since we paid for extra l, and the East Indian man working at the front quite literally laughed/scoffed at us and said he did put extra in and it’s blended up. I want a blizzard with CHUNKS not pulverized with no pieces lol- that’s why I went to DQ!? I said it was fine don’t worry about it and the lady at the front did put a couple pieces in after, so that was nice- but to be honest, the scoffing/laughing instead of listening left a bad taste in my mouth.
