I recently stopped by the Subway Sandwiches Canada location in Drumheller, Alberta, and I was blown away by the exceptional service and delicious food. As a traveler, it's not often that I find a Subway that truly exceeds my expectations, but this location truly stands out. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. They took the time to understand my dietary needs and preferences, and made sure to prepare my sandwich to perfection. The store was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. But the real star of the show was the food. I ordered the Italian B.M.T. sandwich, and it was love at first bite. The meats were fresh and flavorful, the cheese was melted to perfection, and the bread was soft and fresh. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the care that the staff took in preparing my meal. What really sets this Subway apart, however, is the customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. They offered me a free drink with my meal, and even offered to pack my sandwich to go when I was in a hurry. I would like to open this review by saying I am very satisfied with the cleanliness and customer service at this establishment. Staff members were professional, efficient and pleasant. The building is clean and well-kept. Though the restaurant was busy, I received my order in a timely fashion. I am grateful to the staff for their hard work and commitment to customer care. If you are going to visit a Subway restaurant, this is a nice one to go to.

However, I cannot strictly recommend eating at Subway because the prices are too high for what you get. This is, obviously, not an issue that the staff at this location can control, but I think it is worth noting all the same. A footlong sandwich without any extras - no sides, no drinks, nothing - runs $12-15, which is more than I think is reasonable for a fast food sandwich. Hopefully Subway scales back its prices because I do like the food, but it just isn't worth...

I would have given this a 5 star only giving a 4 start because there is room for improvement. Ordered 2, 12 inch subs on the app went and picked up and once I got back to my rv I noticed they gave 1, 12 inch and 1, 6 inch I called the store they were super apologetic and handled it perfectly and offered right away to make the other half. They even gave some free cookies to make up for it. That’s the not the reason for the 4 star the reason for the 4 star is because there were hard pits from the banana peppers in my sub. I think this should be standard for subway not to use those because it’s not edible it’s like eating an apple core. (To be fair other locations are bad for this to) Other than that it’s totally a 5 star location. Great vibe super friendly staff clean location. Everything else was lovely.
