I couldn't be more livid about the ignorant employee that REFUSED to serve me after I just got off working my butt off all day and night. I came in BEFORE 10pm and the Employee (if you want to call her that) straight up told me she would NOT make me a small salad that would of literally taken 2 minutes to make and I would of been on my way. I come here all of the time and never have I been treated so poorly. I asked her so nicely if I could PLEASE get a salad as I just worked so hard all day and all I wanted after work was a salad from subway and I made sure to get here before 10pm ( close) and she told me that there was a possibility that if she made me a salad that it would take her until 10pm... like, what? So, why does it say on the door that you guys are open until 10pm and I made sure to get here BEFORE 10PM and I was straight up refused service and she told me NO and that I had to go .....it wasn't even 10pm yet? How is this fair? I'm a regular customer who spends a lot of money at this location and all I wanted was my salad. I cannot believe this is who you guys are hiring to serve customers!!! Never again will I ever come to this location all because of this exact employee!! Thanks a lot. Way to go Subway! Read moreI recently visited this Subway location, and unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon arriving, there were only two employees working—one man and one woman. I waited for about 15 minutes, during which several customers in front of me ended up leaving because no one attended to us. It was clear that the staff was prioritizing the drive-thru and Uber Eats orders over those of us who were physically in the store. Despite waiting patiently, nobody acknowledged the delay or even provided any kind of communication like, "Sorry for the wait" or "It’s going to take longer than usual." When I finally asked the man working there about the situation, he gave me an unhelpful and dismissive response. The woman, who I believe is from the Philippines, was not only unhelpful but also extremely arrogant in her demeanor. It was honestly shocking to see such a lack of professionalism. It’s really frustrating when basic customer service expectations aren’t met. I will definitely think twice before returning to this location, and I hope they address their service...

EXTRA. i go to pick up my order of my two delicious delectable subs that complete my entire life and a side pack of cookies.
