Very rarely do I come to this location and 4 out of 5 times that I do come here I am reminded why. Today happened to be the most vile of all experiences. A few months back I switched from ordering a coffee to a chai tea latte because majority of the time my (very simple) coffee order is messed up. Tonight while visiting this location on the way to run errands I order a chai tea latte, before driving away I make sure that there is a tea bag in my drink because in the past they’ve given me a coffee latte. A take a sip after 10 minutes only to realize that I was given a black coffee with a chai tea bag in it. It was possibly the most horrid thing I’ve ever tasted. I will absolutely never return. It’s a shame because the attitude of the staff is generally pleasant however it absolutely astonishes me how a group of people can completely obliterate orders over and over again. I should also add that I never leave reviews unless my experience is fantastic. I have definitely never posted a bad review against a business but I feel after years of steady decline with a particular business and this being a final hurrah, it was warranted. I hope that management and owners can get this location straightened out and put more of an effort into the quality of the product that they’re outputting rather than how fast orders can be rushed out. Read moreTERRIBLE. Always terrible service and slow drive thru but today marks the worst experience I have ever encountered, from any Tim Hortons for that matter. After waiting in a ridiculously long line. I place my order with a female staff that sounds absolutely miserable. Once I paid I timed how long it took for me to receive my order because the wait time is beyond laughable. Exactly 4 minutes and 27 seconds later I received my order of.. a small chocolate milk and a bagel toasted with 2 packages of peanut butter. The girl literally said “here” as she slammed the bagel into my hand as if it was some inconvenience. Now first of all the chocolate milk is past the expiry date. I looked at it after I took a sip of the curdled milk that was piss warm less then 5 minutes after ordering it. Then to think okay maybe not their fault some how it got missed. To open my bagel that couldn’t have even went into the toaster with one tiny glob of peanut butter, not spread. I paid for TWO packages. There is no way they opened and put them both on there. I have called 6 times with no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. WHAT A...
Read moreUpdate: not sure if lil ol moi had anything to do w/ it but I've been able to enjoy cheese croissants almost every morning. Ty! 9:30am on a Friday. No cheese croissants so asked if any were coming. "Nope, they've been busy." FYI - Tim's is always busy. Sat to enjoy my coffee, they had customers 2 or 3 at a time for most if the 90 min I sat there. Busy? I guess croissants come out for lunch. Positive note - the cheese croissants are amazing so I'll probably drive back to get one later. Update - after sipping my coffee for almost an hour and a half (eagerly watching that empty cheese croissant tray to be refilled) on my way out, I asked (manager?) if they were going to have more (so I could plan to come back). The answer? No more coming. They only have them in the morning (I was there at 9:30am) and....they're not required to have them. FYI - for Tim's management. There's ALWAYS plain croissants but cheese croissants seem to be a mythological treat. So if one's always sold out (plain) but the other (cheese) is always sitting there unpurchased, maybe you should make more...
