Do not mobile order here. Placed a mobile order at 4:38, was supposed to be ready by 4:55. Arrived shortly after 5 to find the order was not ready. DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER UNTIL 5:23! How does it take 45 minutes to make 3 sandwiches? Furthermore when we finally got home with the food, it’s not even made correctly. How is this possible when you literally had written instructions?! Furious that we paid for premium sandwiches and then we’re not given the subs we ordered. But the kicker was when we reached out about this incident because yes before I left a 1 star review I tried to deal with their customer service. The response was that they try to give their customers sandwiches in new and interesting ways. Ummmm what? How about you give me the sandwich that I ordered and PAID FOR?!

Employee who was cleaning windows started panicking that I picked said bag and positioned themselves like they trying to block a shoplifter. Employee behind the counter had to calm down the other employee that was positioned behind me.
Got home to find a bag of chips was placed in my bag before my arrival. Seems there has been a change in operations that someone missed a memo on as the last several orders I've placed the chip selection was being left to the customer. Doesn't help the subway app does not list all available Miss Vicki's flavors stocked.

I waited in line and when it was my turn to order, the counter girl jumped over me to the next customer and when we tried to correct her she said Oh I know, she(meaning the other girl) will get yours, then they were both working on my subs which got allllllllll screwed up and had to remake one and the other one was screwed up as well, should have just walked out but did not want to waste the prepared subs for garbage.
