Golden Crust Pizzeria & Chicken — Restaurant in Amherstburg

Have been ordering pizza from here for awhile Sometimes hit or miss on delivery times but good pizza .Then the other night spent alot on pizza ..was delivered and we started eating..it was lukewarm but the worst thing was it tasted horrible..like it was 2 days old..so I called to let owner know..he was rude and said he,d give us our money back..I said no he didnt have to give all back but I,d take half back..he said I send with driver.then said "dont ever call again I dont want your business " I was shocked we were good customers...his drivers are polite and really nice..and they know we are good tippers..with his attitude he,ll be outa business soon. Oh by the way?? He never did send any money back to us.. Beware !! Guy cant take...

Absolutely horrible customer service. The owner claims to be in business for 17 years, I'm SHOCKED considering his absolutely aggressive and disrespectful tone. There are many pizza places in Amherstburg and this is by far the WORST. The quality of ingredients are poor and I'm genuinely appalled with his ability to take down a simple order.. It's severely compromised. I called back after we picked up the pizza to ask why the order is wrong and he didn't even apologize or be accountable. We'll never return. Come on! A veteran in the industry should learn to make more of an effort to at least ATTEMPT to keep a customer's business. Nope. Luckily there are many other great pizza places in...

The young man who took my order was very caring, as I have special dietary needs. He was helpful, considerate, and aided me to the best of his ability. There are people who care, and then therr are people who pretend to care. This young man cares, and does an excellent job. His work reflects the company. My order arrived promptly, and my food was absolutely delicious
