Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Antigonish

Superb customer experience,Very friendly staff and a great cafe atmosphere. Clean and modern university Starbucks. Reasonably priced products. Very well presented products and staff have extensive knowledge of their products that I find is not the case in most businesses especially in major corporations. Efficient service and great tasting coffee and chocolates. I bought a Coffee thermos and a Salted Caramel Mocha and Starbucks brand peanut butter cups for $31.00 CAD and I can’t find a reason to say it wasn’t justifiable. The lighting is calm and relaxing and they have strategically placed power outlets with USB plugins. Very nice! I can’t wait...

As a past Starbucks Barista and current Starbucks Barista Trainer (BC/AB locations) I have high expectations when I visit any Starbucks cafe. I can honestly say the employees (in our world we call each other “partners”) are amazing and really embody our company values. They exceed in providing the welcoming “3rd place” experience we strive for and truely uphold our value of nurturing the human spirit. Honestly, for a campus student-oriented cafe/starbucks, this location is awful. Sure, the staff are very friendly however you are waiting over 30 minutes for a drink let alone even just a sandwich. For students who have classes and a small time frame in between them, this is no place to grab a coffee or quick bite to eat. It is ridiculous how long we are waiting, they need to hire more...
