Even with rating on five stars on the three categories listed above I still gave this establishment an overall four stars here is why. The food hands down was great. However we did not like being ignored for the for five minutes at the counter . It was a bit confusing and the line behind us was growing. It would not have taken the girls working behind the counter on putting other peoples orders to look up and let us know that someone would be with us. This approach seems common in too many establishments. There are no washrooms. Apparently it’s a Hornby this thing. Fair enough but warning to those who have a wonderful lunch. The Porta-Potties you’re directed to are stinky. Have a close pin for your nose so you don’t throw up that wonderful food or use it before eating . Forage Farm and Kitchen is a lovely spot with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care — the farm-to-table approach really shines here. Service is attentive and friendly, definitely a 5/5 for both food quality and hospitality. The place has a cozy, rustic charm that makes it perfect for a relaxed meal with family or friends. Wow. Don’t sleep on this place. This quaint little restaurant serves big flavour and top notch quality. The pork belly sandwich was perfect; the pork belly had this delectable maple glaze/ marinade and was not oily. The vegetables were farm fresh and bursting with flavour and don’t forget the fresh, soft bun. Yum! My wife’s burger was so tasty with the same fresh veg and handmade patty.
