Very disappointed. My wife and I stopped in for a bite to eat, had burgers and a beverage in mind. At the time of our visit there were ONLY five other patrons dining in two tables. One waitress. This is a sit yourself please at the time of our visit.where we sat was in plain view of all the staff including the two cooks behind the counter. Six plus minutes went by before we were even acknowledged let alone having a server touch our table. When she arrived she asked what did we want to eat? Menus, would be a great thing. She did bring a couple of menus but only after being prompted to do so. At this point we were deciding do we just want to leave. The menus arrive and the prices are above average, $22. For a burger. This has better be a good burger. I could go on but do not want to seem harsh, but for a restaurant that will charge as much for food items as they are they did not come close to the expectations created by their pricing. The restaurant was not clean. The plates and cutlery were not clean. I am still not sure what this little guy was doing on my plate and one would think if you are charging as much for food as you are , you would be able to afford condiment containers, Ketchup was in the Mustard container and the waitress had to explain. Dollar Store ketchup mustard and vinegar bottle combos run about $3.50 Not an UncleJoegta Fav.

Don't eat here. It's terrible. 2/5 of our group have food poisoning. Management won't accept that their food is bad "everyone likes it" and repeatedly said they were willing to take criticism despite ignoring all criticism. The meat they served was green. We found: The traditional poutine did not have gravy, used mozarella not cheese curds. Tasted bad. Ribs were fine imo. One person who ate their ribs has food poisoning (probably due to the sides) Aperol spritz had ice that tasted like freezer. Pasta tasted like "feet" the person with the pasta order has food poisoning. And management were not accepting of our complaints. A normal restaurant would not have served green meat, argued, and charged full price. My review is mild relative to how we felt. ------------------------------ In response to the owner, I have many anaphylactic allergies and experience treating them. I know what they're like. I would have gone to the hospital if this were the case. My review was posted hours after we left the restaurant. Her response is demonstrative of her inability to hear criticism and apathy towards customer concerns.

Visited radium hot Springs and came in to support a family restaurant business and try their food. First of all, food was not good at all. Mind you, I ordered almost everything on the menu just looking to have a good time. There was a short hair in the Caesar salad which I accidentally dropped pop drink over it and I went and I asked the owner who is inside if she can do something for me and she said it’s not her fault its not her responsibility. That’s a $19 dish. She just brushed me off so casually. I got my pasta cold and my meatballs dried out completely. Service was super slow. Horrible experience I’m not someone who lives reviews usually, but this place got me tempted. Never felt that unimportant as a customer before. Guess thats why its empty. Subway all the way lol

My family and I dined at this restaurant tonight based on a review on the restaurant website. Apart from the pizza, the food was awful. I had the chicken curry which was served as shavings of chicken in a pale pink watery tasteless sauce. When I complained to the owner, she replaced it with the meatballs and penne in a tomato sauce. The meatballs were so hard I could barely cut them and the taste made me so nauseous I had to spit them out. My friend had the vegetable curry and my son had the ribs which were both tasteless and served with stale sides. When I tried to discuss my disappointment with the owner, she became quite defensive bringing her husband in as support. My family and I frequented this location often when it was the previous restaurant ‘From Scratch.’ These new owners have a lot to learn. First impressions are that they do not appear to know what they’re doing and they do not welcome criticism. We always want to support local business but please don’t waste your hard earned money here; we spent $120 for 4 people and couldn’t eat the food. ...
