I went to this subway today with my family and friends. Service was extremely slow, which is actually the least of my concerns.
My husband saw an ant in the tray of onions. He brought it to the staff’s attention, they appeared annoyed and grabbed the ant as well as a few pieces of onion and threw it in the garbage. They then proceeded to use onion from that tray on our sub. He asked for fresh onion from a new tray which also annoyed them. They got him new onion but left the tray of onions that the ant had been in to use for guests after us.
The cheddar cheese was stuck together and they were using a knife to cut it apart. It makes me concerned that the cheese was not chilled at some point and melted together. Overall I am very concerned with the sanitary standards of this subway and will not...

After a long night of driving. Arrived here two minutes before 8pm. Google said it was open till 9pm. Lady said it's okay. I will take your orders. We all apologized repeatedly for keeping this employee past closing time. But were all treated as though we are unwelcome, and given the silent treatment, other than asking what we wanted. Just to get us out the door. No reply to our repeated apologies. Basically saying, if you say it's okay to order. Don't treat customers (that are the only reason you're employed) like a nuisance, and not worth your time. If you wanted to close right at 8pm. You shouldn't have let us place ungratefully...

This is by farrr the very utmost beat Sandwich shop ive had amongst many! Kajal never ceases to amaze me with her Stampede Brisket sandwich which would be difficult for anyone to close given the sheer amount of extra meat. Im always greeted with the most friendliest smile and my sub is more perfect than i expeceted every time.
