Good morning everyone;
I am writing this review to provide constructive feedback for the improvement of the business, its management, and employees. As a frequent visitor to this location—often multiple times a day—I’ve observed both commendable practices and areas that need attention.
The positives: The manager deserves recognition for his outstanding work ethic. He is consistently hardworking, attentive, observant, and professional. Several employees also excel in their roles, demonstrating similar qualities of attentiveness, professionalism, and dedication. These individuals set a strong example, and their efforts should be celebrated. Areas for improvement: Unfortunately, I’ve noticed some employees behaving unprofessionally—appearing less attentive, impolite, or disengaged during their shifts. On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed customers waiting excessively long or leaving without purchasing anything due to a lack of assistance.
Additionally, there is a recurring issue with a particular group of employees speaking loudly in a non-English/French language during their shifts. While I understand Canada is a multicultural nation (with English and French as its official languages), using other languages prominently in customer-facing roles can unintentionally alienate patrons. Some customers have expressed discomfort, feeling excluded or even mocked due to the loud laughter and conversations they cannot understand.
My intention: I want to emphasize that this feedback is not meant to criticize individuals or demand dismissals. Instead, I urge the business to invest in retraining staff on customer service standards, professionalism, and workplace communication. A focus on inclusivity and clarity would enhance the experience for both employees and customers.
Final thoughts: This location has great potential, and the manager’s leadership is a testament to that. However, there is always room for growth. By addressing these concerns, the business can foster a more welcoming, efficient, and harmonious environment for everyone.

Read moreA lot of times that I go to this Mc Donald's I mostly have to go back in because they mess up my order. Today they had a simple problem, they added everything to my Quarter Pounder BLT when I asked for no cheese and a couple more things, the cheese is all I didn't want. My girlfriend and I had waited 20 minutes to get the order. To be fair, it was busy, but I have had this problem other times when I'm the only one there. The part that maid it more aggravating, is that it was labeled with no cheese, no tomatoes and all the other stuff I asked for. Either way when I went to ask them to fix it, I was met with shock that something that had gone wrong, then after, glares. After sometime of waiting for them to fix I had noticed that there was 4 workers in the front waiting, 2 of them doing nothing, and the other 2 shouting at people in the back. At one point, one person had asked about my order and they hadn't even started it. 10 minutes later, I had a burger. Tired and seeing no cheese, I decided to just go, and have the burger, however turns out they had put... nothing but the meat, the buns, a bit of lettuce and a little mayo. They had not put the main they that makes it a BLT, the bacon. The store may have gotten better over the years because when I was a child they were VERY bad, but they still have a way to go before this store can be considered good to me. It is sad looking back at this and knowing they have gotten worse, I'm writing this next part at the end of 2021 and they have gotten ruder and worse at listening to people, they literally left my wife to grab a tray for our cups from there back because they don't...
Read moreFood was OK. But buns were not toasted properly. Fries are either cold or under salted. They do not offer trays for food for eat in meals so everything is in recyclable bags but they do NOT offer recycling bins. Only one garbage bin that is normally overflowing with recyclable materials. The place is filthy. There is noticeable gum under the tables. Permanent seats have been broken and have remained that way for years. Tables are rarely clean and I've noticed when they are cleaned they use one rag to wipe them down with and do not use cleaners, effectively spreading filth from one table to the next. In the summer expect fruit flies to be hovering around. In the cooler months it is normally just flies. Don't stop in expecting clean bathrooms. I've seen them covered in vomit and feces on different occasions. Service is super super slow even in off peak hours. You can expect at least a three to four minute wait before anyone will take your order. It would be convenient to use the self serve kiosk however, three of there four units are broken and have been for several years. Food is very slow in coming and expect at least one in 5 times for your order to be wrong and then wait another 5 minutes for anyone to do anything about it. To top it off it feels very toxic as far as sever/ customer relationship. I know they are super understaffed. This adds to all the problems, however, this has been a continuous issue at this Macdonalds. I believe it has a lot more to do with...
