I hate leaving a bad review when there are such great employees here, but I was absolutely appalled by the behaviour from “supervisor” Terra who was quite rude and had a bad attitude. My fiancé and I come to this location EVERY Sunday for our breakfast and normally Ricardo is there who always treats us very well and is an absolute joy to deal with. On May 4th we went through the drive-thru for our usual order. I ordered EXTRA sauce on my sandwich and got what is pictured. I called to let them know this has happened about 4-5 times now and it’s very frustrating since I pay for extra sauce. Terra said “if you come back I can give you more sauce” to which I let her know I was already home. Her response was simply “I’ll let the sandwich maker know” I asked for a manager to call me and waited a week, never got a call. On top of this, my half of the order was completely wrong….wrong drink, no sauce on the sandwich, and COLD wedge fries. On May 11th my fiancé and I returned hoping that Ricardo would be there but unfortunately he was still on vacation and we had to deal with Terra again. We entered the restaurant this time and waited at the cash for our order to be taken. Terra sent a kitchen staff to take our order (slightly older lady, short silver hair) and we were greeted with “what do you want?” Which was very off putting considering the previous week. We ordered our meals and again asked for a manager to contact us which never ended up happening. Once again our order was incorrect…I asked for extra sauce on my breakfast baconator and instead it was put on my fiancé’s sandwich which ruined his meal. Two weeks and two requests for a manager to contact me with absolutely nothing to come of it. When we returned on May 18th Ricardo was back and we were able to speak with him about the entire situation, hence my review today.

Read moreMy blood is BOILING. October 29th 2023. I go inside and order a 4pc kids nugget meal and a 6pc nugget for my son and husband. I have my daughter wait for our food and I go over to the tim hortons to order for my daughter and a coffee for my husband. The line up a timmies was long, and by the time I ordered and received said order, I walk back over to the Wendy's and they hadn't even started our order. (20 minutes) I'm forever teaching my daughter to treat people with respect, no matter what their job status, financial status, religion, orientation, it doesn't matter. You treat people with respect. But I was like you've got to be kidding me... I get the attention of the guy and explain that I'm not normally this person, but this is kind of crazy. He rolled his eyes and said sorry. Then got together the order and we left. I didn't think i had to check anything as I was very clear what our order is. I get back on the road and this friggen guy didn't even put the nuggets in my sons bag. Then i tried to call the store TEN times. They refused to answer. So they literally stole money from us, gave me attitude for wasting OUR time, and now they refuse to answer the phone. I'm absolutely enraged. The worst feeling in the world is hearing my three year old crying his heart out because his nuggies are not in the bag. Disgusting behavior. So before I was "let go" presumably I had a issue with on of the mangers, they bullied me, belittled me and thought that what they were doing was a good thing TERRA as one of the mangers decided to yell at me in front of customers or talk about me through the headsets saying how i didn't ask for help or anything, how was i supposed to ask if they are all talking in the back like a bunch of school girls during recess and she told my general manager at the time that i mumble words under my breath, I’m not talking directly to anyone so how is it rude or anything else. And after the fact of the bullying and the belittling she was PROMOTED and the general manger SEAN told me in front of my MOM that since I have adhd that this job isn't for the weak, ever since then I've been treated badly by the staff, which brings me to today(7 days ago).. went in and wanted to get some food both mangers Sonia and Terra both saw me but didn't want to take my order they pretended like i didn't exist and so I left angrily. 0/10 do...
