Nash's Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Assiniboia

Went to try Nash’s tonight due to the great reviews and was very impressed. The restaurant was very clean. The waiter was kind and attentive. We had the calamari to start and it was tender and tasty (I’d recommend maybe a bit more sauce). Then we ordered the Greek burger (my son said it was very tasty), chicken fingers (hubby said they were good), the steak poutine (the steak was perfectly cooked, tasty and tender) and the hot hamburger (per the waiters recommendation). The gravy was soooo yummy…it has a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg to it (which may sound odd) but it was so good. All of us would absolutely recommend. We also had the Greek fries and they were tasty (I would not recommend the greek fries with gravy…just a weird flavour combo but still fine). Had a virgin caesar as well and it was really good. We were thoroughly impressed and really happy...

Walked down from hotel. The restaurant was not too busy. The waiter was over right away. Took my drink order and suggested what was on special. I chose pizza. All meat with mushrooms. Restaurant was very clean. Waiter was friendly and very helpful. Makes a good caesar. The pizza arrived fast and cooked to perfection. Could only eat half. Lots of toppings crust was tasty and cooked perfect. Glad I stopped but should have gotten waiters name to acknowledge him. Will be back. Prices for meals seemed very reasonable. Well the supper was so good I came back for lunch. Ordered clubhouse and fries. One of the better clubhouse sandwich I have had. Sliced chicken breast with bacon, tomato, lettuce, cheese and ham. Toasted and some miracle whip. The fries are fresh cut and fried just right. Owner stopped to c if everything was ok. Glad I stopped...
