Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Aurora

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Pizza Pizza location. I ordered the Pizza and Movie deal for delivery this past Saturday. A few hours after receiving the pizza, I realized I had never been given the 2 for 1 movie coupon. When I called Head Office the next day, they told me to just make sure to come to this location after the store opened, to provide my order number and phone number, and that I would receive the coupon. I went today as it was the earliest I could come, and when I told the tall man my situation, he said he had been given no such information and that he could not do it. He said he makes sure the delivery person is given the coupon and that I should have remembered to ask. While yes, I forgot, I believe that it was Pizza Pizza’s responsibility to ensure that I was given the coupon with my pizza delivery. After he said he will never do this again for me, he begrudgingly gave me a coupon. I told him that I am not the first customer to experience this situation (based on Google searches I conducted when I realized my situation), and he just kept blaming the situation on me. I am extremely disgusted with how I was treated at this Pizza Pizza and will make sure to never order...

I should give zero star if I could. We ordered the pizza many times with the same store and never had any issues but this time as we ordered as usual, I received the phone call from pizza pizza to confirm my order saying store wanted to make sure we had a right topping (just BS) which I confirmed it and the guy who called hang up. we got in store but not only pizza wasn't ready but also the guy working in pizza store said unless we pay now he is not going to make a pizza and he mentioned that the rules changed two weeks ago after new owner took over the place. I walked in. There was empty pizza boxes and sauces on the tables, and the guy was asleep in the back. I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and paid extra for it, it did not have extra sauce. I got bruschetta as a topping and I wish I took a picture cuz it was basically a cheese pizza. The pizza also had too much cheese on it. To summarize, they completely ignored my instructions on how I wanted my pizza, the store was dirty and the employee was half asleep. He said he had 11 hours of sleep in 3 days.
